  Infantry Landscape has done all my stone work as well as a cedar pavilion / outdoor fireplace / and pathway. Great customer service, outstanding work ethic, and unbelievable final product. **** kept me updated and involved in the various projects at my home. The stonework and attention to detail has greatly improved the value of my home! And to top it all off, the pricing is the best in metro *******!

  Infantry landscaping did a great job in my backyard. The intire crew was very professional arriving everyday before 8am and doing everything that was planned for the day - and sometimes even more! They delivery the job before we were expecting. **** came to the job site everyday, sometimes twice a day to ensure that everything was moving somoothly. When we faced a bump in the middle of the project, **** was very proactive to find a solution. All questions before and during the project were answered very clearly and always looking for solutions to achieve the best outcome. 5 out 5 work!

  I hired Infantry Landscaping in January to handle some drainage repair. It involved installing French drains and regrading my back yard. When I made the down payment, they said they were booked a week out, but it took 3 weeks before the crew arrived. There were several days I expected them to show up, but after some inquiries found out they had moved the date without updating me. Once they were able to come, they did a great job on the drains, but the regrading left me with several huge pools of water. **** explained that they would come back after it rained twice and then add dirt as necessary. They put me on the schedule 2 weeks ago and assured me by voicemail yesterday and on the phone just a few hours ago that they would be here today, but they never showed up or called to explain. Due to this being a pattern for them, I suspected ahead of time that they werent really going to show up. I have already started digging and moving dirt around to finish the job I paid them to do. Throughout the past two months, *** spent more energy trying to get Infantry Landscaping to show up than it would take me to finish the regrading job myself. My arms and back will be sore for the next week, but I will be happy to never have to rely on this company again.

  Infantry Landscaping offers great value for money with outstanding results. **** and his team at Infantry Landscaping were professional and a pleasure to work with.Infantry Landscaping removed a flagstone patio around a large Koi Pond and walkway that were poorly installed 17 years ago. The flagstones were uneven and became a tripping risk hazard. Joses team lifted every stone and provided a base and replaced and added to provide a smooth flagstone patio that enhances the Koi Pond area. Infantry Landscaping exceeded our expectations. This is one of the most responsive customer-focused companies that I have done business with. From the initial contact with ****, to the installation team the experience was very professional. We had a concern about the Koi Pond being damaged by the amount of work required, but the team was very conscientious in working around the pond. Every person on Joses work crew was professional at their job, very diligent, and very respectful during the entire project. I had requested an additional area to be added during the day and **** responded immediately and the work was completed at no additional cost. This demonstrated their customer focus and flexibility to satisfy the customer. Great responsiveness!I could not have asked for a better experience. **** came out to review the project and ensure we were satisfied. Each person we dealt with during the process was professional and an asset to the company.
