Unfortunately this hasn't been the case for me. I'm not sure who everyone with these amazing reviews has been using but this has not been the case for me. I started my case back in August of 2021 and still no resolution. I literally call every few weeks and I leave voicemails and emails constantly. I get told the same response every time that someone will respond back to me and I never get a return call or email. I'm extremely disappointed because I was referred here and my experience has been horrible. I'll never refer anyone but maybe everyone else's experience will be better than mine. I definitely should have gone with someone else because this has been horrible for me.

In reviewing your case, you were told the options you had based on your circumstances. The process sometimes takes a lot of time which was an issue with this case. You also still have a choice to take your case to another firm so we are very sorry that you are disappointed with your experience. We are disappointed too and do not take this lightly. This is not accurate. You were paid on 2 separate cases stemming from the same accident. Your attorney explained everything in detail and you signed for each settlement understanding exactly the disbursements on each. The fees charged are a percentage of the total recovery so we were not charging twice. You received double the compensation because of how the case was resolved.Review fromAndrew C

2 starsCommunication is Everything.John Foy and Associates have been working on my case for about 4-5 months now. Initially, everything was great. I was able to call and talk to an attorney for free just to evaluate my personal injury case and see if it would even be something they could work with. I was in a wreck outside of *******, ******* and it was a pretty clean cut case. I was rear ended and the driver who hit me even admitted their fault in the accident to the police which went into the report. I was able to get in for treatment of head, neck and back injuries with no out of pocket costs and the communication was FANTASTIC all the way up until the end of my treatment. Once I finished with my treatment though, that's when things went downhill.Once my attorney was able to get copies of my medical records after I finished my treatment, almost all communication ceased. Up until this point, I was able to stay in weekly or bi-weekly contact with my legal team just to get regular updates throughout the process of my case. But after this point, it was almost impossible to get a hold of my attorney or paralegal. My calls went unanswered, and my voicemails and emails went ignored. There IS progress still being made on my case, however it's been roughly a month since I've received any updates or information regarding it. I understand that people can get busy, but it rubs me the wrong way that nobody on my legal team can take the 1-2 minutes a week or every other week to give me a small update on my case.My case is still ongoing and depending on how things progress, I may make changes to this review. But I find it hard to recommend John Foy and Associates right now. As of right now, my legal team seems to be doing their jobs and making progress on my case so I can't really complain on that front. When my mom was of sound mind and could speak for herself, she signed a contractual agreement in July 2021, that stated ***************** firm would represent her as she pursued a lawsuit that would prove liability against the medical transportation company that dropped her on her head while she was strapped down on a stretcher. The firm had from July 2021 to December 2021 to file a claim and start the litigation process for my mom but instead, we were met with unresponsive paralegal assistants who did not begin to return our calls until December 2021. If she hired the firm to prove premise liability in 2021, why was the *** basis for the release of her case in 2022? The reason behind the release of my moms case was inhumane.My experience with John Foy and associates was nothing short of a horrific, emotional disaster. My mother was dropped on her head by a medical transportation company in 2020 during covid. After she was released to go home in 2021, she signed a contractual agreement in July 2021 that stated *************************** law firm would represent her as she pursued a lawsuit against the parties responsible for dropping her. Because my mother was dealing with overcoming covid, stroke and being dropped on her head, I was the main point of contact to help expedite resolving her case. My mother passed away this year in January 2022, but prior to her passing, we tried so hard to get this case settled because my mom was not doing good. I contacted the law firm 2-3 times a week trying to get an update and I did not begin to get any follow up until February 2022. I was advised to retrieve a letter of administration over my mom's estate and that's what I did. I followed all of the court instructions and the processing time took about 2 months for everything to get published with the court. I did everything *********************** told me to do, only to be informed my moms case was dropped due to timing of poa rights. #JusticeforJoAnneBaggsJohn Foy & Associates

1 star***************** lawyer and gopher *******************, in 55 yrs i never seen a more disorganized bunch of ball dropping drag outting unprofessional attys I ever come across. The assistant to ************* talks in circles of ununderstandable b.s. and never makes a point, 48 min still no point. They took advantage of a disabled person, didn't give him one ounce of repect or fight for him in the least. Allies with ******** Please don't give them a call you will lose. I had gotten hit in a parking lot barely even driving the person hit me going 60 miles an hour completely in the wrong I have bad back damage is nerve damage is to my back nothing was ever resolved that was 2 1/2 years ago communication has been horrible my case has went to the state and Im left with a horrible back can barely run my own business.
