      I worked with Ms **** and she is just Excellent and Everything I didn't have to worry about anything she took care of it all I would recommend her to Anyone who needs an Experience Attorney anytime thank you for all you have done God Bless and keep you.

      I called them 6 years ago in ******* and wouldn't help me BUT workers comp did and got my husband a pay out. *** Nugent is not what he said he is. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

      I started off doing majority of my own leg work because they changed caseworkers 3 or 4 times. Then I was told I would get some of my money back out of their fees for doing such work,,,Never happened they lied. Then my accident was on the job and I was hit by another driver from the back and have injuries that are going to take me the rest of my life to deal with and *** Nugent's office gave me a paper to sign saying I wouldn't go after the person that hit me for future payments as if they were representing the other driver. What further made me look at this agency differently was the other drivers insurance paid off immediately within weeks, my insurance company and *** Nugent **** my case out for over two years and when we met together my insurance company said oh we thought you got more money from the other drivers insurance!!!! What did that matter, I had full coverage with them and they are worried about another company that paid two years prior their part and *** Nugent let it run out so they could charge me more money and actually received more money out of my settlement then I did. One Call don't make it at all!!!

      I was offered 7k from the insurance company and they told me they would pay my medical bills and ************* reach out and said they could get me 25k , they took over an year to take care my case and work behind my back with the insurance company and only gave me 1k. DO NOT HIRE THEM they are fraud. I hire them June 2022 and its July 2023 and Im still waiting on the 1k. DONT DO IT. I wish I wouldve taken the 7k from the insurance company.

      My God I wish I had read this before I gave them my case. Its been over a year now and nothing. I asked for the paperwork submitted to the other insurance company and I have received nothing. Im tempted to call the lead Attorney but I dont want to make it bad for the guy working on my case. Im disgusted

      My name is ******* and I put my name because I know that reviews mean a lot and speaks volumes. Currently I am a client and I have read the many reviews and Im beyond shocked. I have actually received the total opposite from the reviews. Ive been contacted immediately from the beginning via phone or email and my Attorney *********************** has been kind and very informative. I will come back and leave another review after my case settles. I feel bad for the people who are hurting with pain and suffering and I get it, no one is with you or understand the pain you experience daily and still have to keep it moving in spite of your injuries. Its not been easy for me either in that respect but Im managing with 2 herniated disk from my accident. My experience had been so far well with this firm.

      For sure they dont care about nobody or nothing!!! My case still hasnt settled!!! Cant get in touch with nobody they dont answer ************ got smart a** mouths!!! This man n is whole team are frauds!!! Dont use them youll be very disappointed!!! I would NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR S*** ELES!! Not even recommend them!! ********************************* stay on vacation!! Thats y we not getting calls!!!! Hes balling off our money!! I HATE IT HERE!!!! Tried to give no stars but had to give one!!!! I wouldnt give them a half star these people are horrible

      I wouldn't suggest them. One lawyer lied to me, and then said my injuries wasn't that serious. I never known a lawyer to do that. I was not in fault and I was in a brand new truck and was slammed from the back. Now I'm out a truck and now struggling to get another one and the accident wasn't my fault. I will never use them again and never recommend them to anyone. I hope people will read the reviews beforehand. Unfortunately I didn't do at first, and now I hate that I didn't check the reviews first!!!

      I was involved in a fender ****** when a tractor trailer ran into a stopped ***** Bus. I was sitting in the back. The bus went up then down as the tractor trailer back off the rear of the bus. I felt pain shoot up my neck. When the emergency assistance they called fraud on the scene. Said it to the medical team which made them give me a pain shot no x rays. I went to Chiropractor and they said nothing else they can do. Kenneth Nugents firm said Id be crazy to take it to trial my injuries were minor. Fast forward 6 years later. I get shots in my back at least once a year I have to take gabapentin and Im now at a orthopedic doctor because arthritis has sit in where the injuries are. I was advised that I didnt need to see a doctor because my injuries wanted severe and I shouldnt take it to court. I am now on disability because of my back from that accident . I can not express the **** I feel because I mentioned that the accident cause chronic inflammation and some times I cant even walk. Thats why I didnt text sign that acceptance paper. They told me I had to come soon. No signing nothing. Im disabled now.
