    I am the seller of a property (******************************************************. **********, ** *****) and this law firm is the listed party responsible for the wire transfer of funds. The date I signed the closing documents is listed August 18, 2023. The buyer, *************************, asked me to allow him until the following Tuesday for the wire to send, and that was one week ago yesterday. I have not been updated or seen any funds transferred, not even the amount that was to be held in 'good faith' of the pending sale.

    My law firm is the closing agent for the above referenced transaction.  As of today we have yet to receive signed documents or money from the buyer of **** *************************** Rd.  While I understand the frustration of the seller, the party who has not performed is the buyer, Purple Rock Equity.  We are sorry for any inconvenience experienced by the complainant but we were under impression buyer and seller had discussed the delay.  As complainant's desired outcome is beyond our control we would ask that any complaint be directed against the appropriate party.
