      I bought tail lights from them and after a few months they broke the part that broke is where the bolts connected them to the bed of the truck. I contacted the company and they said send pictures and we will start the warranty process so I sent the pictures and since then I can get a reply from them its been several weeks and I even went back to their website and sent a new email telling them I sent the pictures and havent gotten a response and they didnt even answer that one and the first email was answered the next day

      Bought a set of Morimoto XB LED headlights of a dealer and had them installed by the dealer . I have people constantly flashing high beams at me and have been pulled over by police twice for faulty headlights . The lights also flash and flicker when you hit bumps. When youre looking at the headlights in front of truck the driver side practically blind you and the low beams are on. I have tried numerous times to call Morimoto and have been on hold as long as 52 mins and never reach anyone. Last week on ******** messenger I reached out to them and someone replied that they would have someone contact me. Waited 1 day and nothing. The person replied back that they were gonna have manager address the issue for someone to reach out to me. The next day in the morning getting ready for work showering I had a missed call from a guy named **** he was gonna call back in a couple of mins . 4 days later still has not called back and I even called and nothing again. The person on ******** messenger asked me again and I said no and he said he would def call me back in a couple of mins and havent heard from anyone since. I just want my lights replaced or my $1,800 refunded.

      On 11/25/2020, I purchased a pair of Morimoto's "H11 2Stroke 3.0" LED Bulbs" from a licensed dealer of Morimoto products (theretrofitsource.com).These LED bulbs come with a three-year warranty.Within the last several weeks, both of the LED bulbs have begun to malfunction in ways that make them unable to be used in their intended automotive application. Through multiple avenues of troubleshooting, it has been determined that the LED bulbs are indeed the root of the malfunctions. These LED bulbs have been used for fewer than ***** hours.Nearly a month ago, I contacted Morimoto via their website's "Contact Us" page. Case #****** After not receiving a response from Morimoto, I then contacted them by email approximately ten days after my initial communication requesting warranty assistance.As of 01/08/2023, I have not received any kind of correspondence from Morimoto, other than an automated email providing me with a case number.I understand it is the holiday season and I am sure the folks at Morimoto are very busy. I do however wish they would show more care in dealing with customers experiencing issues with their products.I am hoping that this communication through the Better Business Bureau will finally get their attention and lead to a resolution with this issue I am having with their product.My desired resolution is to receive the promised three-year warranty service for defective products and be provided replacement or repair for the malfunctioning LED bulbs.

      I have purchased many parts from this company. Some of them are incompatible. After trying to request a refund on their website, the submit button was grayed out and I could not request a refund. After numerous emails, phone calls, nobody has responded. Feels shady to treat a customer who spent over $500 with absolutely zero customer service.

      I purchased multiple Morimoto products (tail lights, rear side light, and front side lights) from their authorized retailer Summer ****** in June 2022. One of the side lights had failed. I also offered to send a picture of the failed unit.Reached out to Morimoto through their "contact us" link on 9/28, received a case number, but then did not hear back. Morimoto did not provided an email address for following up, so I am unable to re-contact them.I would like a replacement unit per their lifetime warranty on most (including this) products.

      Ordered four items from Morimoto (Headlight Revolution) . I received 3 correct items and 1 incorrect item. I've tried calling them for 3 days, emailing them and sending them messages on ******** Messenger from their FB page. No reply from them at all. I just want to return the incorrect item, which is used and the wrong part and in turn, receive the correct item from them that would match one of the 3 correct items I received. The part is a 2019 ****** Tacoma headlight replacement. I received 1 correct, new right headlight AND I received an incorrect USED Headlight. I need the correct, NEW left headlight.

      Bought an hid kit from morimoto, has a 5 year warranty. Stopped working after 3 years, have emailed them mulitple times with no responses after a month of waiting. No toll free number to call them or any way to get a hold of them.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/16) */ After checking our records the last time we were contacted by the customer via email was in December/17/2020. I also checked and the only item he has ever purchased with Morimoto was a Amp Igniter in December/23/2020. I'm not sure why the customer was having issue finding our store phone number, vie attached screen shots of all the email logs and customer sales along with the contact information for out customer service team to help. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/11/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I used their contact us email 5 times in the past month or so, their system is just so crappy it provides me with no copy of what i sent it only says we will get back to you, which they never do. The kit was purchased through a third party website and they sent me the amp igniter cause ive already had one issue with their crappy products. Im also not paying long distance to call them cause their customer service is so poor i cant get an email reply. They are doing nothing to cover their 5 year warranty. He did not mention this in his original complaint where he stated he received the items from our company. The customer will have to go through the company he purchased the items from in order to get a warranty. Morimoto does not warranty item from a third party company because there is no order transaction ID on hand to warranty.
