    Date of Transaction: 8/21/2022 Amount Paid per receipt: $92.40 Business committed to a reservation for a 4 door car to pick my son up at our home at 8:30 pm & drive him to ATL airport.At 8:45 pm, the car had still not arrived, so I called to check if there was a problem. Agent on phone said he had no knowledge of my reservation. I read him my confirmation recpt # and he found the reservation. He said he could not have a car at my home for at least 1/2 hour. I explained this very long delay would likely cause my son to miss his non-refundable flight. He was very rude on the phone, but asked if I wanted to cancel & get a refund. I told him yes.As of this afternoon, there is no pending refund to my card. I called the customer service phone number again & spoke with the same agent. I explained that I would like a refund confirmation email. The agent said the following to me "We do not want your free money, stupid woman, check with your bank!" & then he hung up on me.An apology would be nice; however, I do not think someone like this would sincerely mean it. I simply want the amount paid to be refunded to my card ASAP. The confirmation receipt # is: 1663-7435. The reservation was made at 2:35 pm on 8/21 for an 8:30 pm pickup at our home to *********************************** International Airport.
