    This company is sending junk mail to my home. I want them to STOP. They do not even list a return address on their junk mail, so the post office cannot send it back. Never ask for their mail. Spoke with an operator a few months back the told me they could not take us off the list then hung-up on me.

    I have had another loan with Simplefast Loans that never had a late payment and was paid in full. In October of 2024 I took out another loan with them. Payments were $354 every two weeks which I had no trouble paying. In January of 2025 I was forced to stop working due to back problems requiring a neurosurgeon and possible surgery. I continued to keep in contact with them making payments as I could. I called them today because now my savings is just about gone and my disability insurance is still in process. I spoke to them requesting a payment plan that I could pay with my husband's SS income so my loan would not default. Their only response was to stop my automatic withdrawals and for me to call in payments when I can for however much I can. But as i explained to her that doesn't stop my loan from defaulting and them continually reporting to the credit bureau, and it will never get the interest down let alone the principle. I requested a payment plan to reduce the payment to what I could afford AND payoff the account, not go further in debt and further behind. She then told me I could refinance the loan, starting over, but it would only reduce the payment $40. They would rather have their customers go further and further into debt and further and further behind rather than taking the balance of the account and coming up with a payment plan. You think they would appreciate their customers that have an EXCELLENT repayment history with them until a major health issue comes up, then they just don't care. I would like to know if anyone else has had this same issue and if there are any legal repercussions an attorney could help with?

I was contacted promptly by Mr. ******** After emailing back and forth a few times Mr. ******* contacted me today with an offer that was not only extremely generous, it helped me in my situation a GREAT DEAL. I have had an account with their company 4 times and never had an issue, paying my account in full each time. After losing my daughter to cancer I now have her 3 children and am out of work due to serious back problems requiring neurosurgery. I want Simplefast Loans to know just how much I appreciate their quick response and for the VERY generous offer. It will help me and my family tremendously. I will make sure to let anyone I know just how much I would recommend them in the future. Thank you again for all your help!

    I reject this response from Simple Fast Loans because:

    1.  The message is both verbose and convoluted.

    2.  It sounds as though this unnamed person may be insisting that s/he plans to continue to contact me after s/he has been asked to cease and desist any and all contact with me.

    To the extent that I *THINK* I understand what this company is saying (please note there is NO SIGNATURE on its  message which I find both odd and worrying because legitimate businesses have their employees identify themseleves by name and job title) I reiterate:

    1.  I do not do business with this company.

    2.  I do not know how they obtained this address.

    3.  I am not interested in ever doing business with this company, especially now that I have read this bizarre, unprofessional message from them.  

    4.  I want this address removed from their marketing machine and never to receive anything from them again.  

    If contact from this business continues, I will consider it to be harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and I will pursue complaints with the ************************************************* in both states and any other agency, state or federal, that accepts complaints against them including the FCC.

    I have a loan with Simple Fast Loans or CC Connect, not sure why they have two names but anyways. The loan was for ***** dollars. I have had nothing but trouble paying this loan off since losing ******** and having to pay over $400 a month for health insurance. I was going to contact simple fast loans directly but then my aunt has let me know that Michigan has a law that installment loans may not exceed the statutory limit of 25 Aprmy loans APR with Simple Fast Loans is over 244%. I am embarrassed that I have let this happen to me and need to cut my relationship off with this company before having to take legal actions. The loan needs to be forgiven and this company needs to apologize for trying to ruin peoples lives. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************.

    In addition, as a general matter, if the consumers loan transaction involves CC Connect, that entity is the actual lender on the loan.  CC Connect is a Utah state-chartered bank with the ************************************* as its primary federal banking regulator. Consequently, CC Connect is governed by both federal banking laws and the laws of the State of Utah. Utah law does not establish a maximum rate or charge for loans.  In fact,pursuant to UTAH CODE ***. 70C-2-10, the parties to a consumer credit agreement may agree for payment of any finance charge and other charges and fees.  Additionally, pursuant to 12 U.S.C. 1831d, CC Connect has the authority to export Utahs permissible interest rates. Accordingly, as CC Connect may rely on the interest rate authority of Utah and export this rate into other states, including the state of ********, there is no limitation imposed on the interest rates associated with the loan.

    I received a call on January 8th 2025 from a collection agency stating I owed simple fast loans. I have never heard of them. They told me to contact them and when I did they said a loan for 600 dollars was taking out on August 20th 2024 in my name deposited into a **************** account. I've never had an account with them. So ********************** is now wanting all kinds of my personal info including a police report to clear this up. I have filed an identity theft report with the ***. I am trying to get a police report however I am snowed in at the moment. I really don't trust giving them my info to prove who I am when they should have done that before giving the loan to whoever it was they gave it to. I don't understand why if they had my info I am just hearing about this. This company seems very unprofessional I would have never done business with them. I just don't know what to do and they are giving me 30 days to give them my personal info that they say they already have.

    Hi Good Afternoon, My name is **********************************. I am filing this complaint against Simple Fast Loans. I have a loan with them currently and have not been able to get into my account to access my loan documents. I have used their chat feature, emailed them, as well as called their customer service line. All of the **** I speak to tell me that they can't do anything for me because on their end it shows that they can access it. I spoke to a woman at the end of last week and was told a manager would reach out and no one has. This has been going on for over a month now and all I want is either access to my account or a copy of my loan documents. It feels to me that they don't want me to have access to my account for some reason. I would like access because I am entitled to my loan information that I signed as is everyone else that signs a loan. Any help you can provide would be helpful I just don't know what to do at this point. I can only assume since they are treating me this way that they are treating other customers this way too and wanted to bring it to your attention.

    Due to financial stress, I reached out to Simple Fast Loans (also known as ****** **** Services) that I was unable to make my June 26th, 2024 payment and asked if I could double my amount due on my next payment date or if there could be ***** given in this situation. The representative, ****** F, immediately setup that I would pay double on July 12th to bring my account back to good standing (around $300 to be paid). A few days later, I received several emails from ******************************* stating that my account was in collections. I kept telling him that I already had a payment arrangement made and to remove this collection. On July 12th, they withdrew the double money set up and my account it now in good standing. However, today July 17th, I received a certified mail dated on July 7th that they reported my account to the credit bureaus. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed at how Simple Fast Loans treated me after I properly communicated and asked for any options. I always made my payments on time and the one time I needed assistance, they treat me like this and then LIE to the credit bureaus knowing full well my account is in good standing now.

    I borrowed a loan back on 11/10/23 for the amount of $600. I have been paying every two weeks and paid the amount of $1,186 towards the loan. Paid almost more than half the loan amount already. Can I please get my loan closed as I feel I have paid more than enough to the loan borrower.

    Simple Fast loans is calling me 6/4/24 saying I took out a loan back in 2020, but never made a payment. I have never had a loan with simple fast loans, never heard of it till the day they called. This loan had to be issued to someone else using my name. When I told the lady I had never even heard of Simple fast loans she was still like so do you plan on paying this today? It is been 4 years since apparently this loan was taking out and they are just now trying to contact me.

                ************** appears to allege she received a call seeking collection on a loan with the Company.  She claims she advised she did not take out the loan.  *********** takes complaints of a fraudulent loan seriously.  Please note,however, that the Company cannot investigate without first obtaining various pieces of information and documents from the consumer initiating the complaint, which the consumer is asked to provide at the time the complaint first comes to our attention. Submission by the consumer of that information and documentation is a crucial first step and includes completing a ************************ affidavit and a police report.  We have no record of receiving such documentation from ************** at this juncture.  If we have a record of a loan in ************** name, we will contact her again to obtain the necessary information.

    I had taken an loan out with Simple Fast loan in august of 2022, I had made the payments of around 200$ each month until January 2023. I then had my account sent to their collection department because I was having trouble with making the payments. Simple Fast Loans then gave me the number to e solve my loan which is their area for collections. When I called them, they gave me the options to pay 70 dollars a month until the 1000$ was paid off. I started paying the 70$ off each month starting February 2023 all up to October 2023. In November of 2023, I had my debit card hacked and so I called e solve my loan to give them another card number because I did not want my payment plan to be void. On November 2, 2023 I spoke to a customer service rep named ******** who told me that I needed to make a payment because the old card was rejected. I told her I can pay 100 today, which I did. After confirming that my payment went through she told me that my ending balance was ******. Also, she told me it would be noted on my file that this amount is what I owe to have my loan complete. However, I had recently found this year 2024 that simple fast loans is trying to have a collection agency get me to pay over 2500$. I then called simple fast loans to dispute this and was told that there was nothing they can do because my loan was sold.
