    Beware! They did the exact same thing to me. 475$ to ship, 600$ tax and then saying they need additional money for 900$ for change of ownership. BBB please shut this scam down!

    I answered an AD on ******** marketplace on March 2, 2024 for a free piano. A ***************************-Case (may be a fake email address) gave me the info to contact this company. I contacted them the next day on March 3rd I was given a quote for delivery of the item picture was sent to me and everything of a wrapped up what seem to be a piano. Anyways, I chose the option for 5 day shipping $475 to get the piano by March 8th by 7am. The day of the delivery the same company sends me a message through their message board (only way of communicating with them) stating they have been trying to reach me for 2 days to tell me that there is a tax fee for the piano of $600.I let them and showed them proof that the email was never received, very rude associates ***** and **** on the chat, states the email was sent to a different email address. I questioned it but, paid the fee Now the piano is to be delivered on March 9th at 7am couple of hours before delivery they send me an email stating a removal of the previous owners name of the piano is $900 to deliver it.. Once again, a very stupid move on my part I paid it.. Now to be delivered March 10th.. again a few hours until it is supposed to be delivered they send me another email asking for $1200 At this point I knew I was being scammed by both the seller on FB marketplace and this company. I was seeking for my full refund.. Ive filed a claim with PayPal (which all payments was sent through them). No piano and I am out of over $2000.. the owner of the original piano kept claiming she was out of town and will refund me all of the money this week. Obviously once I let the scammer behind the emails know that I am filing a report for being scammed the emails stopped and suddenly all conversations with this company disappeared, but they have all been with sent to my email so I have evidence of the conversations. Please help me receive my funds back and let other consumers know what a scam this company is with their hidden fees. Please

    A ******** post was reviewed which redirected me to Fast Shipping Logistics Group for delivery of the item ******* Baby Grand Piano). The email communication with this individual that originally had the ******** post was then returned as undeliverable on 01/12/23, as it is apparent this was a scam. A detailed email including screenshots of all conversations, confirmation of payment activity sent via Zelle on 01/09/23 ($495 for a delivery fee) has been sent to the individual that sent over the invoice (email: ******************************************************** and individual that was sent the $495 (email: ************************* and no refund has been made. In that detailed email sent on 01/13/23, it was noted that this referenced email was "a final attempt to get the $495 refund back, before this is reported accordingly." As anticipated, there was no response from either of these individuals involved.
