      I returned a new starter I did not need, and they required the card I used to buy the part. I provided the card, but the refund has been two days in coming. Most refunds from most companies are instantaneous with my bank. Napa HQ says it's my bank's fault. It is not. They are purposely hanging on to my money for extra days to invest it.

      This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I am beyond furious that NAPA would pull such a shady move and sell me a completely useless, discontinued scanner! I just bought this piece of junk TODAY, 04/14/2025, and the manufacturer confirmed it's ANCIENT apparently this "tplscanner" hasn't been supported for EIGHT YEARS, with a sticker date of 8/2016! What kind of garbage are you trying to **** off on your customers? Selling outdated, unsupported equipment that's practically a fossil is a disgusting way to do business. Now I'm stuck with a scanner that does absolutely NOTHING! Consider this a HUGE warning to anyone thinking of buying electronics from **** you might just end up with a worthless paperweight! I demand answers and a resolution to this outrageous situation!

      Run away of that store!!! They treat you as a favor and very disrespectful sales people, They did wrong twice the car paint for a job!!! The guy who prepare the paint says you don't know how to paint!!! Color doesn't match for long!!! Never try to remedy the problem!!! ***** store Advance Autoparts better products, better service, better prices!!!

      You have an independent owner whom is and done wrong with sale and warranty of product bought thru napa. Denied me my warranty replacement of transmission. They expect me to pay full price for transmission even though it is NOT good. As well as triple charging me finance late fees.

      They do not stand up to there warranty on batteries they have you wait for a response for weeks and then tell you they can't replace them with warranty even when the date of the battery is right on the battery I will never buy a battery from them ever again and hopefully other people will do the same

      Offered 20% off if I gave them all my email and phone and then discount code not applied. Chat said the product I wanted to buy didn't apply. I will remember this. NAPA... liars and thieves. Stole my personal information. Evil company. I WILL REMEMBER.

      I have been charged twice for a truck battery that i ordered online. Once online to hold the order and again at the store to pick up. They refuse to release the hold claiming i am wrong and the employees at the call center proceed to talk over me when i explain it and tell me im wrong and its my problem

      Worst Experience ever - Received bill from NAPA and called when I got first bill and was on phone for 20 minutes. They informed me it would be taken care of. Got the same bill last year or the year before for the same thing and do not even have an account with them. That one got taken care of after a lot of wasted time. Got another statement today for same bill. Called and was on phone for ten minutes and they informaed me I need to go to local store to get this taken care of. They did not offer to pay me for my time to straighten out NAPA incompetence. I used to purchase a lot of parts from NAPA. I paid for them as we got them for the last couple of years. Now I will avoid them and purchase all of the parts for our company vehicles somewhere else. It is a shame that you have to spend so much time to straighten out the mess that they created. I made sure my account was closed so I do not understand how this account got turned back on.

      Ordered floor mats on April 26,2024. As of jun 3,2024 they still hadnt shipped, even though they were guaranteed to ship by may 23rd at the latest. Took several attempts contacting customer service for them to finally offer a refund. They said they didnt have the floor mats and claimed they repeatedly tried contacting the manufacturer to see how much longer they would take to get them in stock, with no response from the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer myself at the same time and they told me it was going to be 60 days before they ever had them back in stock. Very shady business practices on behalf of Napa. They will sell you something they dont even have, tell you its coming at a certain date, then when the date comes they just blame it on the manufacturer instead of owning up to their shortcomings.

      Sold me bad parts and apparently I have to **** down a corperate store to get refund. will never shop at napa again. Corporate stores are few and far for refunds
