    If I can give a negative 5 stars I would! I was charged for a year's worth of papers and never received 1. They asked why I never called and asked about it... first of all why I do i have to call and make sure your doing your job? I'm paying for a service that you say you provide! In my defense I thought my subscription expired so I never looked into it. I've been fighting with this for 3 months. They refused to give me my money back for the year and everytime I ask to speak to a manager the phone hung up. Very unprofessional, very rude, not very business savvy. Definitely boycotting this business

    I signed up for services in November 2022 and has not received a Sunday paper yet. However, I have received bills from them. This has been an ongoing battle! I have requested on several occasions that the problem be fixed and it has not been, so I have requested that I be removed as a customer and I still continued receiving bills. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced! I am only choosing a star because I have to in order to post my review; otherwise, I would choose nothing.

    I paid for a print Sunday paper till May 28th, and have not received my papers in the last two weeks. I called twice today and asked for a supervisor and they forwarded me to a random number where no one picked up, TWICE. I am contacting local news stations now and will be exposing how they took advantage of people, including me. It seems BBB will not be any help here.

    Extremely rude! Took me days to cancel an online subscription. Someone then called me to ask to reconsider and offered a promotion that was going on and when I declined, I was hung up on. Today, 12/2, was called again about restarting my subscription & when I declined, was hung up on again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

    Looks like the AJC print edition is suffering a slow death. Not sure if it's intentional on their part or if they just can't find and keep drivers willing to put in the extra miles required to deliver to fewer and fewer print subscribers. We've had 3 days this month with no paper and also no re-delivery in response to our online trouble tickets at myajc.com . Wouldn't be surprised if the print edition is discontinued entirely in 2023. We'll be sad to see it go, but they've made no secret of their desire to stop producing it.

    You can not cancel your subscription. The process is grueling. They do not accept cancellations online. They sent me back to the main number multiple times. No one is able to assist me in cancelling my subscription. There is a reason for them to have an average review rating of 1-star. 20 minutes on hold so far and still no success.I can not be more disappointed in my hometown paper. I guess you have to file a complaint with the credit card company to cancel.

    I have to call very often for a paper, because it was not delivered. I have actually gotten two papers the next day. This is not how it works. I am suppose to get a paper every day, not the missing paper, along with the next days paper. Sometimes, no replacement paper is ever delivered. I am thinking seriously to have my newspaper cancelled.

    My 91 year old mother who paid for her subscription in advance is not getting he,r paper delivered she contact the ajc every day and they tell her they will bring her paper within two hours but she never gets one. I have been trying to get this resolved for over two months and the ajc has done nothing to resolve the issue

    I am a long time subscriber and we are down to a Sunday only subscription. We have received one paper in the past month and a half and we report it every Sunday and never get the paper. I guess its time to finally cancel.

    Disappointing to see nothing one can do now with the BBB will actually ever end up being resolved simply because the concern will never make it to the offending party. Makes one wonder why we need the BBB anymore.Even the the BBB has removed their obligation to actually be of help, I'm still going to to my part though:I cancelled my subscription to the AJC months ago. In spite of my telephone requests and written requests of which there were multiple, they continue to solicit me with multiple mailings offering to accept me back as a customer. 30 or more!Their arrogance, offensive marketing efforts and their disrespect of me and my request naturally, ensures I will never be a customer again. I can understand they lack the business savvy to understand that ..., I don't quite understand their total disregard for an otherwise potential customer ..., so perhaps they will understand this: The "perpetual vexing" of anyone, by DEFINITION ... is harassment. Since the BBB can no longer help ... my next step is to include Harassment charges with **** County court. At their expense, of course.
