I purchased clothing from this merchant and they sent my clothes to the wrong address. I immediately contacted them when I saw the error and they emailed me saying there was nothing they could do even though the order took a week to process. They put a block on the package rerouting so the address could not be changed through **** They denied my bank dispute because they shipped the product after numerous email correspondence stating the address was wrong. Not toenti9n it was sent to ********** and I live in a CT. To not have a live customer service department or a way to stop an order once purchased is unsettling. I was purchasing these items for a special group of people. So now I am now out $117.00 and have no product and was unable to deliver nor could I afford to repurchase. What makes it worse is it seems that the email is a bit and not an actual person. This is not of God, it's a horrible way to handle people and business who spend money on their product.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on March 6, 2025 and it is advertised same day processing before 12pm. However its March 17th, 11 days later and my order has not been processed. I did receive a generic message after placing my order that processing time is 2 weeks. They false advertised their processing time and charges $11.95 which is high for less than standard shipment. I sent many emails asking for a refund and Inquiring when my order will ship and havent received any email or call back. This is terrible and unacceptable.Initial Complaint

I placed an order that the business cancelled due to a production delay on their end. My order total was $81.95, which included $70 for the items and $11.95 for shipping. They then communicated that they would issue me a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience. I later received a refund only for the $70. Date of transaction: 10/13/24 Amount:$28.97 I ordered a tshirt and a hoodie. On 10/18 I received an email delivery notification from *** stating that my package had been delivered. However the photo they provided was not my place of residence. I immediately called *** in an attempt to get the package redelivered. I also contacted God Is Dope via email. I have made several attempts to get in contact with the company to reach a resolution. However, they have ignored me. I reached out via email 3 times and on social media several times. *** is unable to investigate the package because they said the seller doesnt have that agreement with them. I am unable to dispute the charge, as I used ***** Cash to make the purchase. No one has reached out to resolve this issue and I have no product and out of the money. I ordered from God is Dope first on 7/25/24 and again on 7/29/24. I received an email from God is Dope on 7/29/24 saying that my order was complete and will be shipping out on or before 7/31/24. I placed an order on 6/1/24 that included 3 T-Shirts. Ive ordered from this company several times with the only issue being long shipping times. I love the product so I dont really mind the wait. My order was delivered on 6/14/24, 1 of the shirts arrived damaged. I sent an email on 6/19/24, this was the day I was going to wear the item. ** have sent several emails since this date along with DM on instagram with no response from this company. I did not want to file a complaint but we are now in August and I still have not gotten a response from them other than an automated email after sending my initial email.
