    I ordered a product online on 11/26. Was charged for product. I have tried calling and their number doesn't work. I emailed. No response. I finally called the Greenville SC store and the name of the lady who handles all things online (so I was told). Her name is *** ******. She will only communicate via email, I don't have a phone number. My product apparently couldn't be found so they said they would send the same produce but a different color which I was fine with. It was supposedly shipped out Friday 12/6 and I was given a tracking number but when I looked today, 12/9, the tracking number is not found. They had products online to be ordered but then didn't have them.There is not a phone number or general email address to contact anyone even though all of that is listed on the website, just one lady who will only correspond via email.They charged me and haven't shipped by product.

    ~I purchased an item online on Friday December 8, 2023. Money was immediately taken out of my account. I have not received any information about the purchase, no confirmation email or tracking number. ~The transaction was for the amount of $34.41. ~Their website states, "As items on your order ship out, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address on file with the tracking number(s). Some of our orders ship in multiple shipments, so don't be surprised if you receive a few e-mails from us as your packages ship out! We primarily ship via ****** and occasionally via *** and ***** If you haven't received a tracking e-mail from us yet, please feel free to click the Contact Us link below, or reply to your Order Confirmation e-mail and we'll be happy to give you an update!" ~I called the company to ask for an update and their phone is out of service. ~I have no account/order/tracking number ~I have done further research after my purchase and many others have called this a fraudulent company

    I placed an order on 11-13-23 for 24 items for a total of $229.63. I had to go through multiple channels just to get an order confirmation after they charged my card. I finally got the order confirmation on 11-21-23. After this someone at the store informed me that 6 of my items weren't going to be fulfilled and asked if I wanted another flavor or for them to check a local store. I told them if a local store had them great but to refund if not. I never heard back and had to email again to get shipping information because it wasn't automatically sent. After getting tracking I asked again about the 6 remaining items and never heard back. I eventually reached out on Instagram and was told I would be getting a refund. But as of 12-11-23 I STILL have not received the refund.

    I placed an order on 11/9 for 3 cosmetic bags. I did not receive an order confirmation but was charged. On 11/25, I emailed asking about the status of the order. After many email, I finally received an update that my package was shipping on 12/4. However, when I received the package, it only contained 2 cosmetic bags. I immediately emailed the company and as usual have yet to hear back. I have shopped many times in Swoozie's stores but will never order online from them again. Their customer service phone number is inoperable and customer service emails are not answered.

    I responded to a Buy one Get one offer for stationary on swoozies website. Only one set arrived. When I asked for help, I was told it didnt apply to embossed stationary. The ad clearly states its included and the item is in the ad page. I just want the set that I was sold in the ad. *************************************************************************
