On 5/22/2024 I reached out to ************************ because a part was missing from my shipment of AECOJOY 10' x 14' Hardtop Gazebo Outdoor Aluminum Pergola for Garden, I received a follow-up email from ******* customer service indicating they had contacted Coral *** on my behalf and that someone from the sellers team (Aecojoy) would contact me within 48 hours. Someone called me from the phone number, ************** at 5:39 pm on 5/22/2024 and said he was calling from Aecojoy to assist me in replacing the part. He said his company would ship the correct part overnight and for my inconvenience, his company would refund me the purchase cost. He provided a ******* verification code (******) via text to confirm his identity. He also provided my ******* order number and shipping details. After that, he asked me how I would like to receive my refund and I asked him if he could just refund me the money to the same account it was deducted. He said he needed to send me a merchant refund code (509 2RF) via text and directed me to go to my Zelle account to request the refund. I followed his instructions by adding ************************ as a contact in *****, but instead of receiving a refund, a payment was processed for $722.51. I told him what happened, and he stated something had gone wrong and that he would work with me to get my money back. We repeated the process three more times (two from Zelle and one from ******) with the same results. He continued to say he could fix the problem and by now I was feeling like I had been taken advantage of and told him I would not press send on any more transactions. I asked him to reverse the transactions and send me my money back. The total amount taken from me was $2,911.29. The next day, 5/23/2024 his manager called me, said he would make sure I was refunded the full amount taken and sent me a copy of his driver's license and his ID from ********************** (*************************************) for verification. I purchased an outdoor furniture piece from AECOJOY. I was missing a piece so I emailed them as instructed from the website. They called me back and stated that they could not send me the piece since its prepackaged in a warehouse. They would have to refund me my money. I would have to return the furniture and buy a new one. They sent me to billing. They stated they would use Paypal to pay my back but instead they took $800 from my account. Then hung up on me and the number they called me on is disconnected. So I have paid them $746.85 for the product then they took $800 from me.Initial Complaint

My name is *************************. I ordered a AECOJOY 9' x 10' Outdoor Metal Storage Shed with Lockable Door on May 7th thought th ******* app. I didnt get one of the 3 boxes I was supposed to get. I got 2 of the ones I need and 2 from a different shed that isnt even the same size. I tried to call and talk to the people that the ******* app has the number for and I'm pretty sure they were trying to scam me. They kept trying to get banking info or online banking info. They tried to get me to send money though cash app. All I would like is the box of the shed I paid for so I can use the shed. ******* Order# *******-21261432 placed on April 3, 2024 for $617.44. Arrived and the item was too small and not a** described online. Contacted the seller who claimed they would not provide shipping labels to return the item and would not allow me to return it in store. I contacted ******* customer service and they said there was nothing they could do to help me. Then on 4/21/2024 an additional $308.72 was taken from my savings accout via Zelle from AECOJOY as listed in the payment description fraudulently. I reached out to them requesting my money back and they said they didn't take my money. I then reached out to ******* again and they said the only thing I can do is reach out to my bank and they can't help me. I now have a hold on all of my accounts and nobody is willing to help me. This seller must be stopped as there are numerous complaints about them doing the same thing to other customers.Initial Complaint

I need a new canopy and they will only take pay pal. I don't have pay pal and I can't find a friend that has it. This company doesn't care about customers or there products. They are cheap attachments on the canopy. You can get it at ********** but can't order a canopy through **********. Not a good company.Initial Complaint

I purchased an outdoor steel storage on Amazon.con . Upon receiving it, the holes did not align to properly s**** in the pieces. There is also scratches on the parts. I reached out to the Vendor, AECOJOY to request a refund and send back the storage, but the seller has been very difficult to work with. It has been over a week and the seller did not provide a solution. They finally wrote back to me that they use a machine that makes perfect holes so I cannot get a refund. I read some other reviews on BBB and I see other customers have faulty products as well. I would like a full refund and to have this item picked up. I contacted the manufacturer of a fixed awning purchased through a reseller ******** or ************ The awning cover itself (not the frame) was damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I reached out to the company via email and phone call, as well as a message through Amazon, to which they contacted me back via phone call. They quoted a price and even offered a small discount. I asked to speak with a manager about this considering the product was less than 2 years old. A manager named ********************************* returned my call. He asked for a purchase number which I did not have nor claim to have, and he kept asking "how do I know you're a customer." I offered to take a picture of their product as proof--how can I NOT be a customer considering their product is currently attached to my home. We eventually got passed that and he offered a better discount which I agreed to. He said he would only honor the discount if I used Cash App or PayPal. I felt comfortable with PayPal except that he demanded that I send the funds via Friends and Family rather than Goods and Services, which would exempt me from Buyer's protection offered by PayPal. I even offered to pay the charges that would come with this transaction and he refused. He was "disrespected" and called me a scammer and refused to proceed and hung up. He then texted my phone saying "Don't text us back okay you are a scammer," and "Non one without a order number can be assist."The product is linked here: *************************************************************************************************************************************************** (though it was originally purchased through ******* if memory serves). The cover that needs replaced was quoted at a cost of $155, and they first offered a discount of 30%, then 45%, then 50%. I purchased an item from the vendor and it was defective, I asked several times for a prepaid label to return the item and get my money back, the vendor kept insisting on getting proof of damages, I had to open the box again that is heavier than me and sent the pictures they requested. After seeing the pictures they replied saying the damage does not affect the use of the item and they can give me a $30 discount. I told them I dont need a discount I need to send the product back and need my money. The shipping costs more than the item itself and they said no they cannot refund it and cannot send a prepaid label, that I need to take the $30 discount when the item costed $180, I contacted them many times and have not a solution to this, I told them I was going to report them which I did via Amazon and also to the bbb. I need my money back please and need a prepaid label to send the item back to them since it was defective and I proved that it was damaged. We paid over ****** for a 7 piece patio set and it's broken. They said they'd ship ** the replacement part and I live in ******** and it was sent to some house in ********. They said sorry but it's ***** issue and they can't get me anything else. I have asked every day for a month to make it right and they refused to do anything. They only respond at 3 a.m. and won't give a customer service phone number. This company needs to be banned from ever selling again and taking money from people. Don't buy anything from them again
