I ordered two bathing suits from Aurelle Swim on September 18th, 2022. On their website it states that my order will take up to 7 days to process and be shipped out and after 10 days if it was not shipped out I should reach out to the business. After 10 days of still not being shipped out I emailed the company and still have not received any response. Its been 18 days and my order still has not been shipped and I still have not heard from anyone from the company. I checked out their Instagram and about 20 other girls had the same issue as me, we are all being scammed. My total for my order was 108$ I used afterpay for my method of payment which is split into 4 payments, Ive made two payments already and Im very disappointed in having to pay two more payments when I still have yet received my products.Initial Complaint

I ordered a top and bottom bathing suit from this company. I received both of them, but I returned the bottom. I have not received my store credit yet and it has been well over the amount of days they said it would. I emailed them a bunch of times and DMed them on instagram. I realized that everyone else is having this same problem and they are commenting this on their instagram posts. Some are also saying that they never received their order. I am worried to get store credit from this company because I do not trust that they will fulfill my order if I place another one.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was 9/10/22 for $102.Swimsuits did not fit. Return initiated for merchandise credit in 9/19/22. Received email confirmation order was received back to distributor 9/22/22 and would be contacted within 3 days with credit. Credit was never received. Reached out to store through email, social media, and online chat feature with no response. Store now has my merchandise back and has not refunded me within window listed on website. My 17 year old daughter works hard to make her own money and purchase items for her self. She has been very excited about going to the beach for her senior fall break and purchased $102.00 worth of swimsuits from this company and never received them. Needless to say she is super upset that she worked to make her own money and have it taken from her. All we want now is a refund back to her card. ORDER #******Initial Complaint

I have reached out to this company numerous times to return swimsuits. I enter my order number and email on their website and it doesnt exist. I paid them $172 and asked for help in getting a return label on four occasions. I have reported this to ********** and PayPal. I purchased bathing suits from this company on June 7, 2022. On June 8 2022 I was sent an email saying they have been shipped out. Since that date there has been no activity and the package has not been received by ***** I have sent multiple emails to the company, reached out on social media, tik tok and Instagram which they are actively posting on and have not been given a response. I paid a total of $102 and the tracking number they provided is ******************************. I was even sent an email to review the products as if they have been delivered to me. I would like a refund on the product and no longer care to receive these items as I bought them for a trip I am leaving on in 4 days. Seeing as they cannot even respond to my emails regarding shipping I dont believe I would be able to receive any type of email and feel that I am being scammed out of the money I paid.Initial Complaint

I ordered swim suits from Aurelle Swim LLC and received my order on May 23. I reached out to the support team at the company via email that day to get guidance on the fit of the suit as they did not fit exactly how I was expecting. I received a response and then was ignored. I ended up returning all the swim suits that had been ordered the week of June 2. The company policy states you will receive store credit upon return. I have sent 4 emails since that time to the customer service email and received no response or help. I have also tried to contact them via social media having messaged them on Instagram and ******** as well as commented on a few of their posts asking for help. All attempts at contacting them for help have been ignored. It has now been a month since this process started and I have no contact and no swim suits.Initial Complaint

May 6, 2022 I placed an order for bathing suits for $128. On May 7, I contacted the company before the order was sent out when I noticed the website had glitched and selected the wrong size. I tried to resolve the issue with the company's support team and they refused to resolve the issue on there end. Proceeded to send me the wrong size and sent the package on the day in the attachment above. At this point I just want a refund. Thank you
