I placed an order, on May 1st, still have not received it. They responded to one email stating that it would be shipped and that was a month ago. *** asked for my items to be sent or issue a refund and i do not want store credit., and still nothing. As this is beyond a reasonable time frame to provide my items. Ive called the 800 number listed on their website and it states they are closed. This is ridiculous.

HORRIBLE!!! Been waiting on an order since May 27, 2024 , emailed about the order twice havent gotten a response yet nor my order nor a refund. Yall out here jacking people send me my order or my refund now. And this is why its so hard to support black owned businesses its pathetic, I will never order here again and thats a bet!

You have almost 10 orders with us, all orders show delivered since 2021. There was a delay with this one order due to the 50% OFF Sale. Your order has been refunded and $35 will be returned to your account. We also emailed a complimentary gift card for the delay.

Order came but items missing. Would only offer me store credit for items they never sent! Still currently waiting on an order which is probably never going to come. They take forever to respond only to do nothing.I have had 3 bad orders with this place. I will never order again I would give no stars if possible. This place is taking orders for items that are not in stock

This isnt the first time I ordered items and either dont receive them or receive partial items from my order. I reached out but no response.. I usually dont make a big deal but being everything is high the little money I spent couldve went to fashion nova.. for more clothes.

I have been shopping with them for 2 years now. I really like sugar popped and the variety. I have ordered multiple dresses from them. Last week I got my order and loved my dress so much I had to write a review especially because people never write the good.

I have ordered from them multiple times, they use to be really good but lately customer service has lacked. I came to ******************** a few months ago to write a review in regards to their lack of service but instead, I found a telephone number for the company and decided to reach out. I received a response immediately and good results. I was told by that person to contact them with any other issues. Well I had an issue with 2 orders after that, I reached out several times, no response. My latest order was placed on March 3rd. Never received it. Reached out to the contact I have,(message delivered) emailed the company. No response. I finally received an email from shipping saying my item will be sent on 4/12. I asked for a tracking number on 4/12 no response to the email or the contact I have. I asked for a refund. No response. I really tried working with this company because I like their clothes but they lack customer service real bad. I have spent a lot of money with them but now I am going to dispute my last charge and never order from them again. This company use to be my favorite online clothing but their lack of communication on unfulfilled orders has forced me to leave for good

I would rate zero stars if I could! This was once my favorite boutique. I have spent a LOT of money supporting this company. But since Black Friday they are taking your money and not shipping out the clothes or replying back to emails on status updates. When the package finally arrive almost a month later they insert a card saying items are sold out and a refund will be issued that you STILL have to press them about. I still have an order that they issued a *** tracking number for that has yet to ship out weeks later or reply back to my emails. SEND ME MY CLOTHES OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I will never order from this company again!

I have ordered so many times from Sugar Popped over the years love their clothes. But all of a sudden their business has turned to poor customer service, poor response to emails, poor shipping. After emailing multiple times and posting on their Instagram asking about my order, ****** in the shipping **** was telling me lies back to back. I was told both my orders ****** from 3/22 and ****** from 3/29 would ship together. I only received ****** and I placed that order a week later. Now they are ignoring my post asking for my other two items. You shouldnt take people money for items they paid then be upset when asking where are our items. Today makes 17 days since I ordered with no resolution. Although I love their clothes this experience would make me not want to shop this company. I want my two sets shipped or a refund. ******!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I actually use to like sugar popped. I have ordered multiple items from them. The last two times my my experience was horrible. One order took over a month to arrive although the site says ships in 1-3 business days. This last time I haven't gotten an update and it's been over 2 weeks. Someone emailed me stating my item would ship in a few days and it didn't happen. I emailed again and no response. I will never order from them again and will definitely not refer anyone to this site.
