    Ive been a long time customer with this company. Ive reached out via email three times and no response. I even tried to call and no response. I receive a partial order. I order a jacket and an outfit. I only receive a jacket no outfit and it says that my order was a incomplete order sugar poped do not have to worry about me ordering from them ever again the service has gotten to be terrible

    ***** and last time ordering from sugarpopped. I wanted to order from them for a while and decided to do so when I did. I've reached out multiple times through email and phone and have yet to receive a response. I've commented on their post on IG twice to get their attention and of course they erased the comment. However; they had the nerve to send me a $25 e-gift card through email which let's me know they are receiving my messages and just not responding. I spent $241.28 to be exact but u give me a $25 gift card. That's an insult. I want my money back and sugarpopped won't have to worry about me buying from them ever again. I work hard for my money and obviously they don't care about the consumers who are keeping their business going.

    Do not order from Sugar Popped. Warning watch out. It took me almost 2 months to receive my order and things were missing out of the bag. Emailed them right away and watch its going to take them weeks to respond back. My guess is who ever packed the bag stole my other 2 items out of the bag and charged me full price.

    If I could give zero stars I would. My husband ordered item gor me the 29th of Nov. I received 1 item. I reached out via their chat and was told the rest of my order should get to me by that friday. That was in the beginning of Jan, still nothing! I have repeatedly went in their chat with no response from them. This is ridiculous and very disappointing,Never again!!

    I have ordered from this company for years but this year service and delivery have tanked. My last 2 orders were a debacle. One arrived over a month late after reaching out numerous times. The last order never arrived. No answer to calls, messages and emails. This is no way to treat loyal customers. Do better.

    **************** is terrible!!! I placed a order in September *************************************************************** on ship out the rest of my order. This is the second time I have had an issue with this business, I have spent alot of money with this business and they will NOT receive another dime from me! Ladies stay **** away from they! They have cute clothes but it's not worth it!!

    I am not understanding whats happening with this company and think they should be shut down or something. I have purchased with them many times but the last 2 transactions have been horrendous. They took weeks before resolving a simple credit. Then I placed another order of two items since September, we are in December. I got one item and then they sent me an eye liner and a lipstick that I never ordered. I dont know if that was supposed to compensate for my missing item.. Unethical. Thats not a choice for you to make.A phone call or email explaining where the other item is was the correct thing to do..Then I email and called and yet no responseI need a refund for my item and that will be the last time I EVER order and will advise people not to order as well..You will think with as much NEGATIVE REVIEWS, they will try to get their s*** together for the sake of the business and compensate their customers. I just need my Pink Zen Cardigan Refund at this point.

    Horrible !!!! Took over a month to get my order. Got the wrong color as I ordered black and never received one of my outfits. No one answers the phone or emails. I will never purchase from them again.

    After many years of ordering from this company its a shame the level of customer service I have experienced recently. This year has been the worst. I placed an order since November 5th which I never received. No response to emails period. Trying to support small businesses is now a waste of time because the customer service is most horrible. Yet still there are new post on social media with new stock but customers cant get a simple email response or update on shipping!

    This is the WORST Company I have ever dealt with! I placed a order on 09/23/2024 order # ****** and reaching out to them multiple times asking for a refund, via phone and email IG DM'S Not one response until 11/02/24.Stating my order would be shipped I received a order on 11/09. My order was missing 2 items,and 1 item out of the 4 ordered smelled just like gasoline, like someone had spilled gas on the item.I want my money refunded for $126. I truly don't know how they Stat in business. This is horrible and frustrating!
