    You may be able to supply customers with available items however you need to vet the retailers you source.I will NEVER use DiscountBandit again nor the vendor you referred me to Gold Coast Appliances. Shameful way to conduct a product purchase and terrible business practice. The use of third parties creates total chaos and no accountability. CONSUMER BEWARE.

We can see in our records that you were matched with a retailer 1 day after initial purchase in March and that we sent you their contact info after some inquiries into your order. It look as if the order was shipped in May. As stated on our site, shipping times are typically slow but understand that this was longer than the wait that you were expecting.     You are missing the point. I wasnt writing convening a match and delivery date. The vendor you had sell me my washer was awful. Different person to deliver. Different person to do set and haul away AND yet again another person to install coin op. The commercial washer has been sitting for OVER A MONTH NOW STILL NOY OPERABLE. You obviously dont vet your vendors. You card nothing about your customers. DO NOT USE Discount Bandit or Gold Coast Appliance.

    I found my item on DiscountBandit when it was unavailable elsewhere. The brand new item was cheaper than the store price and free shipping. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.Thank you DiscountBandit for your AWESOME service!!Ill be watching for my next purchase.

    What a scam. Ordered a dresser set. I get a email that it was canceled. They refunded me for the dressers, but they still charged me to get their cut.

    Hi ******, Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the poor experience. We can see that your order was placed on our site on 6/28 which is when an authorization for our fee was placed on your card. The order was then cancelled the same day since the offer was rejected by the retail partner we sent the offer to. Since the offer was never accepted, you were never charged by the retailer or by Discount Bandit, and we voided the authorization on the card on 6/30. Apologies again for the poor experience, and know that we take these cases seriously and work to make sure we minimize instances in which offers are rejected and thus cancelled. We hope to serve you better in the future. Thanks!

    Have attempted several times to order the same item listed on Bandit's site. Each time I am informed that the order has been canceled. Why does Bandit allow the seller to remain on their site if they will not honor a purchase? Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything from Bandit again!!

As a shopping service, we work with a network of dealers to process and fulfill your order; sometimes products listed from that network go quickly out-of-stock or items are discontinued.
