July 6th, 2022, I **************** paid Performance Predictions LLC $700 under the user DaRealTeeKay for ********************** betting and in return I gained $3,889 on their site and they committed to pay me the $3,889 because the money was processing but then it was reversed. They shut my account down and refused to pay me or tell me why I couldnt receive my payment. They also sent me a **** in the *********** taxes on money that I never received. I find this completely unfair and horrible business. I reached out to them multiple times everybody just sees that my account is banned and just keeps shutting me down before I can even fully explain what happen. Simply put, they changed my bet by cutting it down three players , changed the style of bet and still placed It all within the same click of my original bet. If they want to take players off the board two seconds after I select them so be it, but to completely and I mean completely change my bet and still put it through without me reviewing it is 100% cheating. I placed a 5$ bet containing six players: ********************* ************************* *************************** *********************** and ************************* all under fantasy pts for the fourth quarter , along with ***************.... I quickly went to place the bet and as I hit the place bet button three bars popped up saying "a player has Been removed " and it placed the bet with only *********************** and ************************* and ******************* without giving me an option to cancel it or accept the changes THEY MADE. Thats like moving a roulette bet to a different number. And their customer service and I went back and forth for about 60 messages and they are lying and saying they don't change bets when that's EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID.They messed up, it should have said hey these players aren't available and gone back to the place bet screen with the remaining players and they just refuse to admit it or acknowledge it. That's CHEATING... How are they even operating in ******* ? They use exact point spreads that ********* has and its real money on real sports bets lol. And the best part is the three players that they took off of my board (that were in the same game as the two players they left on ) they all covered my bet, but they leave *********************** in while his teams only down a few in an elimination game ? That's CHEATING. They took off three likely to hit players , left on the all time leading scorer and changed my bet completely and placed it without me approving the change... This includes the formal request of the member. In the case you attempt to submit an entry with players who are no longer on our board, you'll receive a prompt and if you proceed with submitting that entry, those players will be excluded as you cannot submit entries with players who are not longer available. This same result will happen for all members in all future instances.

I am rejecting this response because: You didn't give me any option to review it. You literally CHANGED MY BET while I placed it. Furthermore there is no option to cancel fourth quarter bets and on top of that I wasn't aware that the bet had been pushed through and placed because the SIX PEOPLE I PICKED was pushed down to 3 (conveniently *********************** the all time leading scorer was left in there.....) and in the same click was forced through without me knowing. All of that is completely unethical, immoral and borderline illefal. and the fact you're trying so hard to defend yourself to a customer you send messages to 3-4 times a week to come play your game come play your game and then you rip me off. You CHEATED admit it. You changed the bet and sent it through and you're trying to make all these excuses like I should stare at my phone for the next three hours to make sure YOUR APP DIDNT MESS ME UP. Wasn't the bet I placed give me my money back. All you had to do was say hey these players arent available anymore and then give me the option to still place the bet .... You're the ones who forced the bet through AFTER CHANGING IT.. you changed my wager I had when I hit place bet to a different format and everything , and your defense is I should have looked out for that ?? Lol no not happening. Give me my money back and pay me for my time. 75 messages back and forth with your support people.And lastly you threatened to freeze my account for simply speaking up and also banned me on a sub reddit for doing nothing besides telling exactly what happened. I am rejecting this response because: You are lying. It placed the bet in the same exact click that I placed the six leg parlay. I never had a chance to accept the three person bet you finalized. You're literally lying which is horrible for your credibility in any future situation. If you lie over $5 what else are you lying about ? PrizePicks randomly deactivated my account without telling me or letting me in my account with a message asking to reach out to them. I contacted customer service and spoke to ***** and ********. I asked for a corporate number and was told they didnt have a number. They were telling me my card was shared with another account and wanted me to take a SELFIE with my debit card and send it to them. This company is a huge scam - stay far away.Business Response

In some cases, PrizePicks may review an account as a result of various transactional instances that are inconsistent with normal play. In this case, a card associated with your account was used on another account. As a result, the account was placed in review and in good faith, PrizePicks has requested a copy of your ID and and a self holding that same ID to verify your identity for the protection and integrity of your account. This also includes the card that was used and was denied.
This same information would be requested from the other account that attempted to use this method on multiple occasions. To this time, this information has not been sent via our live chat. Per our full rules, PrizePicks will not accept any deposits in which the card is connected to another account. Deposits associated with another account will be rejected and your bank will allocate these funds to your bank account once deemed unclaimed (attached).
In this instance, PrizePicks may consider this an attempt to multi-account which is against our terms of service (attached) and will result in a review.
At this time, the investigation is still valid and open pending the submitted documentation as mentioned in the chat. There is no wrong doing by PrizePicks as our request is in compliance with our terms of service. The account that used the card associated with your account (******) is also registered to the same last name and address as your personal account. Account details of both have also been attached. Additionally, we've included a transaction ledger which reflects times/dates of each attempt in which you can see both account attempting to deposit/withdrawal with the card in question.

The found account was matched using the identifiable information enter on the complaint.

This complaint is in regards to a disagreement towards the scoring of a season long entry.
On 4/10/23, you reached out to live support with the inquiry of:
"Why was ************************* a dnp forcing a lower payout for me? He scored above 40 points a game which is what I bet on and youre not giving me credit for that. What the ****?" (Attached).Per our scoring for NBASZN2 (attached), if a player goes over their posted projection, but does not play the minimum *********************************************** a DNP, due to not meeting the minimum game threshold. This was the case in your ******* projection.
This was also listed in our scoring chart prior to any member placing any entry on any NBASNZ2 projection. PrizePicks encourages all members to review our scoring chart prior to making any entry as PrizePicks will score according to the listed scoring chart.
Upon receiving this information in chat, our member code of conduct was broken as ******************** consistently insulted our live support team with various abusive and derogatory insults which ultimately resulted in the banning of his account. For the integrity, respect, and privacy of ********************, PrizePicks will not attach those conversations to this complaint. However, those messages are available for the Better Business Bureau's review upon their request.
In no case did PrizePicks act outside of our list full rules and scoring chart as attached in this complaint.

Not only did I guess more for ************************* I also did it with him being injured over half of the final games of the season which is even harder for me to do and you still penalize me! According to the terms (scoring chart), PrizePicks settled your entry as listed on our site. The terms were available for all members prior to any member choosing a player from that board.
While you disagree with this outcome, your request would be for PrizePicks to act outside of our terms and scoring chart.
That would be unethical as PrizePicks values our efforts to maintain compliance with Federal and State legislation surrounding Daily Fantasy Sports operators.

Prize picks is an online gambling app. I have used this app for months with no issue. Today I tried to deposit in the app and I received a message from support telling me I was under some type of investigation and my account was frozen. They then requested information such as SSN, Credit card number, Photo ID. They claimed I had done something wrong. I have never ever broken a rule that prize picks has. When I asked why they needed the information and to know what I was accused of they refused to tell me and just kept requesting the information. I believe it is illegal to request this information without telling me what I am being investigated for since I have never broken a rule ever.Business Response

This information has been requested and was ultimately received. However, the received card is not the card that was receiving denials for multiple accounts. PrizePicks will need an image of this card ending in **** as your name should be present. The card that was provided to us was 4204.
Per our full rules, members should only use a method that is own by the user. We'll need this card to very this.
At this time, the investigation is still valid and open pending an image of this card being provided to PrizePicks.

PrizePicks is an online DFS, Daily Fantasy Sports site. You can place wager on a players performance based on their projections. You wager if the player will go over or under his/her projections. On February 15th I won **** and attempted to withdraw **** intending to leave 260 in my account to wager with the following day. I requested my withdrawal, received a one time code. I entered that code into the site and got a message that my withdrawal was pending. Normal procedure, this is what happened every time before when I made a withdrawal. The next step is a message that your withdrawal was approved and you are prompted to enter your one time code again and then pick your method of withdrawal, Th is time however, my withdrawal was pending for a longer time than usual and I received an email that my request could not be processed at this time and I should contact member support and not to worry they will help me resolve the problem. I did contact or try to contact member support on the app only to find that I was knocked off the ap. Tried to log back in and kept getting email or pw incorrect. I resetted my pw several times to no avail. Next thing I know they are telling me that I deleted my account and I had no funds in the account. If I had no funds in the account, why did I get the one time code, and the email that they would help me resolve the issue?Makes no sense. If a player has no funds in their account and try to make a withdrawal they would immediately get an insufficient funds message on the app.I have attached two screen shots from my wife's account which shows what happened if your account doesnt have the funds you are trying to withdraw.
