    I have a $100 charge on my bank account from ********************** and I have never heard of them and never authorized a payment to them. The charge happened at a time I was asleep and my debit card was secured and nobody had access to it. I would like to know how they were able to do this without my permission.

    I placed a bet on 4/10/2024, it was for $7 on 6 person. It showed that it was for x25. I placed the bet, and then went into my entries and saw that it was adjusted to $7 bet for 7x. I contacted support, I was advised that it was not a glitch, ( support conversation is included). I feel like that did a bait and switch and made me believe one thing and gave me something different. This is deceptive business practices.

    We recommend checking the "My Lineups" tab on your account to ensure that all the details are correct before submitting. In case you do make a mistake, you have a 5-minute window to cancel the lineup as long as none of the games have started. After this time, we are unable to make any changes to your lineup.

    I am rejecting this response because: Prize pick does allow you to cancel a ticket placed when there is a DNP, if no game has started yet. There slow response to marking a player DNP, when the press has made the announcement, is Predatorial business practice.  
    an example, a 6 pick line up could be at 100X wager bet, a DNP on the same ticket, the ticket then reverts down to a a 5 pick, there is no notice of what a win amount would be if there is a DNP. that ticket that was 100x now becomes 21x. Prize pick failing to notify and update their board, only benefits PrizePick.

    First I would like to explain that the squares marked with a green Goblin are easier to win, but result in lower payout multipliers. On the other hand, squares marked with a red Demon are harder to win, but qualify the lineup for higher payouts - up to 100X. This means that in order to increase your chances of winning, it is recommended to pick more Goblins.

    Based on the images you have shared with us, it appears that your lineup contained 6 Goblins. Resulting in a lower payout than the standard 25x the entry fee, it is important to note that the payout is also dependent on the other players in the lineup. Unfortunately, in the second image included in your conversation, we are only able to see the payout and not the other players in the lineup. Therefore, we are unable to provide a specific breakdown of the payout for the lineup.

    However, we can confirm that prior to submitting your original lineup , it reflected the following payout: 6 of 6 correct = 7x the entry fee, 5 of 6 correct = 0.75x the entry fee, and 4 of 6 correct = 0.4x the entry fee. We hope this helps to clarify the payout structure for our game.

    I received a 1099-MISC in March 2024 from Performance Predictions LLC with my name, address, and SSN. I searched online and found this company under Prize Picks. I did not create an account with them this is a fraudulent account. This company is running some type of scam, I am not sure how they got my information. I did report it to the SS/IRS and filed a police report.

    We received a 1099 from PERFORMANCE PREDICTIONS LLC sent to our address in my wife's previous married name. Neither of us has ever engaged in gambling via apps or websites (or even in casinos for that matter). I have read the complaints here about this outfit, the BBB should call in the **** You have all the complaints and contact information to support action.****

This amount is taxed as Other Income. Members who meet or exceed the $600 threshold will receive a 1099-MISC form from PrizePicks.

    If your or your wife received a form, this would indicate an account was create by herself or her personal information may have been compromised and an account was made under her PII.

    We are happy to assist but would need some additional information to locate the account the 1099 was sent on behalf of.

    This company is issuing false 1099-MISC forms to numerous persons under the name of PERFORMANCE PREDICTIONS, LLC, which operates under the umbrella of the ONLINE SPORTS GAMBLING PRIZEPICKS. While filing a complaint under Performance Predictions on this website, the company's mail seems to be returned with no forwarding address. I am asking to BBB to follow up with the same complaint to this address and this company name SIDEPRIZE, LLC. I am attaching the proof and also a cease and desist letter from the *********************************, sent to this company on January 31, 2024. This company has numerous complaints from users who cannot access their "winnings" and others have issued false 1099-MIS forms.

    On March 25, 2024, I received a 1099-MISC for the tax year 2023 form from Performane Predictions, LLC for the amount of $5,419.50. I have never won that money, I have never withdrawn that money from that company. After multiple attempts of contacting them and trying to find out about this. They agreed that the account was fraudulent and that it got deactivated and funds seized. Why am I getting this 1099-MISC form if I never received any money from this company? Besides the fact that they issued the 1099-MISC form way past the deadline of January 31. They are issuing an incorrect form to multiple individuals who have filed the same complaint here. I am requesting Performance Predictions LLC to rescind and correct the form issued to me.

She has no affiliation with this company and this LLC is clearly issuing fraudulent 1099-misc forms. **********, our address and last 5 digits of her SSN were on the fraudulent 1099-misc form.     I would like to inform you that according to our rules, soccer players must start the match in order for the projection to be considered valid. In the event that a player does not start and subs into the game off the bench, they will be ruled as "Did Not Play" (DNP). This means that their performance will not be counted towards your lineup.

    I received a 1099MISC for from them on March 23 stating that I had earned $2012. I have never participated in online betting, nor heard of this company until I received the tax form. Upon contacting the company. I was passed from person to person-at times for no reason-and while Ive verified my identify with them and they acknowledge that the account was fraudulent and deactivated, they will not confirm that they are sending the *** a corrected 1099MISC.
