    A few months back during the tank boxing match a couple of my friends were putting up so money so i decided to aswell i tried to deposit 3x and it didnt deposit yet it charged my card each and every timeWithout depositing any money whatsoever just purely taking. Come to find out today i give them another chance because of the **** **** fight and same thing All it says after i put in all my card information is cards on another account and behold no money gets deposited and my card get chargedI read the terms and it says if you have a card on another account and try to deposit with that card on a different account they can just keep your money they purposely let you be charged to and give no warning they just assume you read through all the tos before you ****** lmao. Insane will be making a video on this and discouraging everyone i know to work with anyone but prize picks because i have zero recollection of EVER making a prize pick account Ive only ever gambled ONE other time in my life on roobet this is so wrongcant explain how shady these people are this is not right. Truly hope h*** ***** extra hot when this dirtbag arrives

    Prize Picks sent me a *** promotional email and I opted in to the event. However, they never refunded me the entry fee after I lost. When I contacted customer service, they said that I would have to send a screenshot of the email to prove there was a promotion! Wait a second, they sent me the email and now I have to go find it (was deleted) to get paid on their promotion. Just had a second episode with customer dis-service on their reboot (injured player policy). They seem very fishy with all their email tricks and policies that are clear as mud (all in their favor). Have switched to another platform that is professionally run. This one seems like a side hustle in a basement.

    Prizepicks is a criminal enterprise short and simple. They baited me into setting up an account, accepted my deposit, but my location on the ** / NH border PREVENTS me from betting and they steadfastly REFUSE to refund my deposit. Apparently I am supposed to sell my house and move so I can wager. Oh, and they have no problem mocking my attempts to recoup my funds. None whatsoever.

    Worst Experience Ever They Shut My Account Down with my money in it I begged them to reopen it and they did but only reopened it for me to get my funds out and I told them today that I wanted my old account back because I had large of money that Ive won on there and they told me I had no money on that account and that they cannot reopen it for me so guys please this company is a complete scam they dont even try to help you solve your issue like other gambling companies out there. They are frauds we need this complete shut completely down! Bad customer support also

    This site is no longer Florida friendly. Meaning they update and change rules drastically for Florida customers to suffer. Also if you dont watch your transactions and stay in contact with them they will adjust and take your credits. I liked this site only because of the easy withdrawals. Now that is becoming a issue also the rules for the contest they started is a waste of time and false hope on receiving extra benefits from winning and getting the best results out of all the people you competed with in the contest. By adding a No stacking rule! So you basically just get your base winnings and nothing else.

    This company has a horrible business structure set up so scam all of its users, one way or another. There have been various instances where they have scammed me with their rules they die for (also set up for scamming). When I signed up , they had a promo to get back what you deposited. I did that , but immediately looked at the app set up and I wanted out. I did not get my intitial deposit refunded. Two more times after just messing with the apps, i bet on SOCCER. Twice have I had instances where players have gotten injured. I looked at the REBOOT policy or DNP (did not play) and they have rules for every sport , except soccer. The rules, though, state that a player injured in the first half and does not return is eligible for reboot. I mentioned that and they said a players stat counts if they - start the game in soccer. How is it that you have a rule in place for soccer stating that, but not a reboot/dnp policy? They are scammers for sure. Will not use again. They stopped responding to my chat after I mentioned this and I feel discriminated. What ethinicities play soccer compared to sports like basketball or *** or **** It doesnt seem coincidental to me. This is not fair at all.

    If I could add 1/2 a star or no star I wouldnt have even given them a star. Signed up and when making deposits into the account they dont accept Mastercards. I only had one card that was ***** They would not take my Apple Pay as its set up to Mastercard. However when going to withdraw funds from the app Im told that card cant be used. Only option given was to add my bank. When adding my bank I got through several questions and in the end it shows my account but then an error message. **************** told me to wait a few days as it should fix itself just to contact a few days later having to explain things all over again for them to say Id have to get a check mail to me and they dont accept my bank even though it was coming up as an option. I stated to them it is unfair that I have to wait 7-10 business days for money that should be available to me immediately. Prior to this I participated in a promo where if you spend $50 on esports only bets during the promo period youll get two $25 free plays. When the time came I got them yet when I went to use one I kept getting an error and then it went away. **************** told me there was nothing they can do even though I basically paid for that promo and it was an error on their system. I feel like I paid for something and never got it so to me feels like they stole from me. They offered no help and zero resolution. I would not recommend using them for anything! Beware of adding money on their app as you may not get it back or have to wait an extended time to get it back. Also beware of joining any promo that requires you to spend money as you may not get what you were promised. DO NOT USE PRIZEPICKS! You have been warned.

    This is really messed up they took my money then when I went into my bank account and pulled money out weekly and re routed to another account I have my lawyers on this case

    Just like everybody else, cannot get my money back. They stopped being able to bet in *******. But you cant deposit to get your account above 10, so they just keep it, they will not give it back. Scam app, dont use them.

    Offer promos to get you to place bets then do not honor promos. Just a scam to get your money. Use a REAL sportsbook
