    Billing here is awful. Work for over a year to get a bill submitted correctly to our insurance. Should have learned my ******* Went back 2 years later for just a spinal injection and and have now found out they failed to do the proper pre-authorization causing a complete denial of the claim. While the staff in the procedure room and the doctors may be wonderful. The preventable costly mistakes the office staff makes are inexcusable. When you call to ask them about it they generally put you off or cannot explain anything you ask about.

    Very upset about an incorrect billing matter. We have had this issue for almost a year where a lab test was done and billing to ********* It was not supposed to be billed to ******** and the tech apologized to me. She advised me to work with ******, the finance manager. I have been trying to fix this matter for about a year. The bill has now gone to a collection agency for ********* In addition, I'm supposed to work with ***************, who has not updated me. I have ********** so they need to bill back to the Lab that falls under my coverage. Not fair to the customer to have to deal with unnecessary. stress!!!!

    I wish I could give 0 stars. I spoke with *** about an existing bill for ****** knowing I had a 0 medical balance. The charge was for medical records requested by my law office that the law office never received. They will charge for a service that was given so my escrow money is no being held due to this issue. They also said they will find more charges to add since they creating dislike the law firm I have chosen. Im still injured and seeing specialist and need my case closed. How selfish, money hungry .Sad.
