On Saturday, April 5th, in *******, **, I answered my Ring Doorbell. I got the "working at your neighbors excuse", blah blah blah. I told him I wasn't interested through the camera. He than asked me "If anyone was home". I told him it was "none of his business". He said, "he would come back". I told him "NOT TO COME BACK". He kept talking and again said, "he would come back". I told him if he comes back, I am calling the police and added that soliciting is not allowed in this neighborhood and it's posted. About 15 minutes later, I was sitting on my BACK PORCH (we have rear entry driveways), and he came around my ****** and said "HI!" He didn't see me on the camera, so he wasn't aware I was the one he already harassed. I told him, "I thought I told you NOT to return". He said, he was just trying to visit houses. Let me be clear, he already knocked on my front door, ridiculously asked me if anyone was home, I threatened to call the police, and he still had the nerve to go behind our homes which is essentially our back yards. This is completely unacceptable and trespassing. I would never do business with a company who practices in this behavior. I reached out to neighbors, and they had the same frustrations. I would leave no starts if I could. I didn't have a problem with ants in my house until these people started "working" in my yard. When I voiced concern they said that was typical, that their treatment was stirring up the existing population so it could be eradicated. That never happened. Ants in the house continued (and still continue) to be a problem after more than *************************************************************************************************** My best advice to any home owner -- DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I would give this company a "Negative STAR" if there was an option. They do not even deserve ONE Star. They have very poor business practice. They have sales people that go door to door and completely LIE about the Cost, looking right into your eyes. In my case they forged my signature on the electronic media. I went to my local Police station and was told this is more of a civil case. They cheated me of almost $400 which I paid. Then they haunted me that I have not paid them, even if I had all the documents to prove that I paid.Then they had the ******* to send me to a ****************** I had to fight with the ****************** and once I send my proof of payment to ******************, eventually EcoShield dropped calling me.Very DISHONEST and out right ripping people off. THIS company IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!If I could just give negative 10 stars....This company is a total scam. They brainwash you first, offer discounts and other ********. You sign up and that's it. You can't cancel it because you have to pay ridiculous money for cancelation. The service they provide has NO RESULTS AT ALL!!!. My whole house is covered with spider webs. I saw better results when i was doing treatments myself with regular home defense insects treatment from **********. But the most ridiculous thing is that I recently got email notifications twice that they performed service at my house but no one actually ever came to my house on those days. First of all I was home both dates all day long. The second, we have cameras around the house, so we get notified as soon as someone get close to the house. So this company SIMPLY LYING THAT THEY PERFORM SERVICES at your house. I called to customer service twice regarding this situation. Every time the same answer: " I'm sorry it happened to you. We are going to do investigation and we will schedule another free of charge service for you. Someone will call you within the next 24hr from your local office. " Guess what, NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK!I can't wait when the contract will be over and i will never need to deal with all this ******** again! To whom it may concern,I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding my recent experience with your company. During the initial visit to my home, a representative from your company entered my premises and unfortunately, stole an item. I immediately reported this incident to the appropriate authorities and also contacted your company to inform them about the theft of my gun by your technician.Regrettably, despite my efforts to seek assistance and recover the stolen item, no one from your company has come forward to address the issue or provide any form of support. I was given assurances by a subsequent representative who visited my home that the matter would be looked into and that I would receive assistance, but to my disappointment, no one has reached out or provided any help in recovering the stolen item or compensating for the loss.Due to the seriousness of this incident, I have taken legal action against both the technician, *************************, and your company. If your company is not actively working to assist me in recovering the funds for the stolen items, I will proceed with pressing charges and seeking compensation through legal channels.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I canceled because the company claimed to have completed the services, but no one ever notified me that they were on-site, even after multiple attempts to contact the office. After the last claimed service, I reached out to corporate, but they evaded responsibility by telling me to contact the main office for confirmation. Despite waiting a month, neither the local office nor corporate called me back. The only callback I received was from billing, prompting me to pay to prevent my bill from going to collections. Salesman rang our doorbell despite a No Soliciting sign prominently displayed right next to front door. Claimed he sold services to a neighbor of ours. He began to give his pitch to my husband until I walked outside and mentioned the sign. They obviously are a disrespectful and rude company.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Ecoshield Pest Solutions sales-person knocked at my door for a quick $50 treatment without any further obligations. I liked the service for $50. Later on, the company sent me a bill of $150 instead of $50. I paid $150, but the company insisted that I must pay $150 for continuing service every other month. I stopped the service and the company sent me a bill of $200, for the remaining portion of the first service, which was $350 normally, the company said. I suspect this scheme is their way of making the initial sales and forcing the matter to this extent. I am retired and have no income but the social security payment. If I knew that it would cost me $150 each for the next 6 times, I would never started the service, simply because I just couldn't afford it. Sincerely, *****************Ecoshield Pest Solutions

We had some EcoShield employees in our area this week and the ones trying to sell EcoShield were not wearing anything related to EcoShield nor did they have a marked vehicle. Who does that?!?! The man in my neighbor acted extremely sketchy to the point that I asked the sheriff's office to check him out. The salespeople were also extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer.
