      I hired Orkin to get rid of my bug problem and they did but after finishing the service that I paid for they continue to withdraw unauthorized payments from my Mothers bank account even after contacting Orkin's supervisor and canceling my account with them they continue to take unauthorized payments. Orkin is stealing money from my Mothers bank account.

      I contacted Orkin for a termite inspection and service, at a property I own near my residence. Inspection done June 24, 2021. I was given a quote for treatment and monitoring. Part of the service included every ground contact from the house ( concrete supports, pipes, posts, slab, etc) would be trenched all the way around and then soaked with termiticide, and a hole drilled into each concrete support, with more chemical injected into each one. At shop and carport, the slab trenched and all ground contact treated. Service done June 29th, while I was at work. I inspected July 2nd, and saw there was no disturbed ground around almost all the concrete supports. I saw one that had about a 1/4 inch deep scraped around. Most supports and slab had grass, weeds, etc fully intact, no evidence of trenching/teatment. The work was not completed as I was told. I seen email feedback...no response. I called inspector and office. Inspection scheduled for July 19 but nobody came. No call no show since.

      (overview of agreement) Orkin was supposed to come and do a trench and *** termite treatment around the perimeter of my house and on the piers that connect my house to the ground and bill me for the cash price which would be paid all at once with no financing. (The Problem) Orkin has never completed the service they came once and tried to pretend like they had completed the service and left. but once i looked under the house it was extremely obvious that nothing had been trenched and treated. I got them to admit in email that they hadn't done the trench and treat and they still to this day have only done about half of the perimeter with the treatment we agreed to and none of the piers under the house. They have stopped responding to my emails about getting the job finished and have sent me 2 bills for the incorrect amount and for work they haven't completed. I have lost all faith in this company and wish to cancel this service so I can get a reputable company to do the treatment.

      I am the Power of Attorney for my mom, ****** ************. On January 26th, 2021 Phillip ********, an Orkin/Rollins salesman, came by and scammed my elderly mother. She already has a lifetime contract. Once I noticed all the yard inserts I mailed and emailed Mr. ******** and the President of the company, Leland ****** on 2/25/21 advising I had no idea what their scam was but my mom would not be needing their service and to come pull all the inserts. Mr. Leland answered by saying my mom invited them. That cannot be further from the truth. My mom never invited or spoke to Mr. ********, nor should he have entered the home. He had my mom sign on an ipad that he had service the yard. She paid him $228.83 as per his charge. Now she is being billed with a statement showing LOAN PAYOFF. Never has my mom received any sort of a loan, nor has anyone been back to the home to service or pull these cones. This was an absolute scam and many complaints as such online. Billing on a loan is fraud.

We understand the customer's daughter is claiming she did not authorize the work for her mom but it's our understanding the son-in-law was there when the sale was made. The response that ****** ************ requested the services is an out right lie. She did not ask they come. The Manager claimed she mentioned to her previous property contractor she would like to have them service the new property. An out right lie since she never even dealt with the bug guy, my deceased father handled the business. The company also makes claim the Son N Law was there during the agreement, also an out right lie. Jeff Pruitt, ex-son n law came in as the man was walking amongst the house and had no idea who he was and assumed I, the daughter, had sent someone there. He was only dropping off and left. No knowledge of who they were. This company will not admit or explain why she is receiving a loan payback when absolutely NO LOAN has been made, nor contract has been approved. The contractor claimed he would send information to my mother to review, yet has NEVER been sent. My mother will not submit payment against a loan that was never paid to her. Nor has anyone came back to the premises to service the grounds. If they do come back on the property, Metro Police will be called to escort them away. The company is a fraud, many online complaints support my judgement. We will be glad to submit affidavits to support all accusations, including from the Son N Law they claim was there when the agreement was made, and absolute lie. This company has also been reported to all three properties where I reside on the Board of Directors. We will all be happy to appear in court, along other homeowners in the area who have complained, when ******* attempts to seek fraudulent collection of funds against a Seniors Social Security. I have been as patient as I can, but the lies are too much. When I informed my ex-husband of their claim he was there for the agreement, he was more than ready to appear as a witness to their deceit.       We've had Orkin Pest Control for a number of years.. In April, we put the house up for sale. I called Orkin on 4/19/2021, and told them about the sale. They agreed to terminate the service, which had been setup on auto-pay. In May, we received another bill. Again I called. We were again billed in June, and now July. Each time, I've told them that we now longer need their service (the house has actually sold at this point), I get nothing but promises. How do I get them to quit billing me for services no longer needed or wanted?

      April 2021 I paid Bangor, Maine Orkin $432 in full by check for 6-months seasonal pest control. I received applications on April 15, 2021 and 05/27/2021. I contacted Orkin on 07/06 regarding two missed appts by Orkin in June. Alicia in nat'l office send message to Bangor to contact me. I called back on 07/07/21 and spoke with Princess who forwarded my request to John, ****** manager. I called again on 07/08/21 and was told an inquiry would be sent to the regional office for a refund of my balance of $288. A credit was processed on my acct on 07/08/21 but no refund was sent. I called again on 07/21/21 and spoke with Brenda in the national office who sent a message to billing to call me. No one did. Today, 07/23/21 I called and spoke with Shayna who said she'd send a message to regional. She gave me a phone number for "corporate" where I was transferred back to customer service. I told them I want my $288 back or I'm filing a complaint with Maine's attorney general's office for fraud.

      I STARTED A CONTRACT FOR EXTERMINATION SERVICES FOR MY SON'S HOME ( MILO, ME) I live in New Jersey. A technician (Tommy)was to start the service 07/16/2021. The tech never showed and inquiries have gone unresolved. When you call the ORKINS Bangor number the Orkin Corporate Customer service answers, They then attempt to call the Bangor location, no one answers. I have tried this three times. The Orkin Bangor manager is then left a message each time. NO RESPONSES. I tried contacting Bangor through Facebook messenger, NO messenger response. NO RESPONSES. Still a week later no one has come , no one has called. There are mice in the attic or perhaps squirrels. ORKIN sells rep adverted of immediate service, charged my credit card , scheduled an appointment for the next day , Immediate service is untrue. This is a mounting health and safety issue. Very disappointing.

      An Orkin Technician did an outside inspection of the home on June 21, 2021. I was not informed of the visit and I was not home. I called Orkin once I found the notice to schedule an inside inspection. It was scheduled for July 3, 2021 with an arrival window of 8am and 12pm. I was told it would be a free follow up. On June 22, 2021, my credit card was charged $145.56. On July 3, 2021 I called Orkin around 11:56am to inquire if the technician was coming. I was told the technician had 1 appointment, did not show up at the office and the office was closed. I tried to find my contract. I called on July 9, 2021 to get my account number so I can access my account online, asked to have the contract emailed to me and I cancelled the rest of the appointments. I could not access the account. I called and learned once the future appointments were cancelled the representative closed out my acount. I have not received the contract nor a phone call to discuss a refund from the branch manager.

She said the refund is being processed and I would receive a call from Nicole, an admin, in within 2 to 3 days to confirm the refund has been processed. As of today, I have not received a refund through my credit card where the original charge was placed nor I have received a check from Orkin in the amount of $145.56 as noted in the company response. Since I had not received the check, she was going to contact accounting to have a stop payment issued on the check and would have a new check send to me on Tuesday 8/31/2021. I received the check today through FedEx. I called Teresa to let her know I received the check and I thanked her helping me receive it.
