    The property do not and have not had anyone on site for months whenever theres a problem the residents dont have anyone to talk to and the property management company does not have a phone number. There so many code violations and looting and nothing is being done about it as well as I moved out my lease is up and I dont know who to give my keys too. ** given the last leasing manager my documents of payment not sure whats happening

    We strive to do all work orders in a timely matter, there are no work orders in the system that Mr. ******* has access to put in work orders in, he can call or submit the online portal, there was a Leasing agent at the property for the last few months unfortunately she left last Tuesday 10/29/2024 and we have been filling in by taking turns to run the office until we find someone else to replace her. Mr. ******* has not turned in his keys and has a high balance per his ledger. There is also a note on the office directing residents to come to the property next door. This is a sister property, and he could have turned the keys to us at his convivence Monday through Friday 8;00 am to 5:00 pm.

    Flex paid ********************, a property managed by **** for a month I did not live there and did not have a lease with them. I have repeatedly tried to get in contact with the property management for the last 2 months and no one is responding or communicating with me to resolve this issue and refund the amount.

    Our records show that not only was a refund issued, but the former tenant received and signed and deposited their check. This is a fraudulent complaint

    I have made a wrong assumption about the refunded check that I did receive, since it was unclear in its description. I had assumed that was the return of my security deposit.

    If it is the case the check was a refund for the rent charge, then I have not received my security deposit back.

    On July 1st, I moved into my *************************************************************************************************. I need to know who else can I speak with about this leak in my apartment that is causing my entire apartment to smell like pee which is completely unhealthy to breathe in. The mold under my bathroom sink which is also another unhealthy situation to live in, my hot water doesnt stay hot no longer than 5 ************* I am also left without power because the outlet in my bathroom sparked fire. The office isnt doing anything about it nor is maintenance. Just apologizing, doesnt fix my apartment. Ive been calling and emailing since I moved in July 1st and nothing has been done about it. This shouldve been fixed before I moved in. I am still having to pay these people $820 in rent, to live with pee dripping from my ceiling, along with the mold under my sink, outlets not working, my hot water and now, no power. *********************** is the leasing lady who told me this apartment was okay to move in and after I gave my deposit she was no longer in office. This site is not allowing me to send the pictures nor videos, if there is an email I can send these videos and pictures to please send to me.

    The resident works from home and refuses to let maintenance personal turn the power off to fix the problem. We have tried to accommodate the resident and will continue to do so but we do need her cooperation to remedy the problem. Our main concern is our residents and their comfort and enjoyment of their home.

    Sever leaking tub and faucets I have made several maintenance requests no one has responded there is a really good here at the top of the bathroom and it will also be at the bottom of the kitche. There's new management in there has not been any problems with the money support that I made there's also outages on the outlets most of them do not work if not all of them causing disappeared safety violation and the leaking of the tub right now I'm starting to leave downstairs so I will be taking pictures and then documents as well I'm asking to be removed from the apartment or to before go my lease or to be a compensated for the amount of money I've had to spend to replace some items to be able to be habitable. If I do not get a response I will be seeking further legal action there's also mold in the abandoned apartment underneath me.

    Good Day,

    This is friendly notification that Retreat at ***** now have new office and maintenance staff. My name is ***********************************,  the new Property Manager here. ************** reported his maintenance issue to the old staff members who are no longer here at Retreat at **********. I received a voicemail at 7:00am from ************** this morning reporting the issue mentioned in complaint ID#********. I returned ************** called today 6/26/2024 at 2:36pm. I informed **************, that maintenance is waiting on repair supplies which should arrive tentatively in the next couple of days. Upon arrival we will complete his work orders. I've also scheduled the electrician for Friday 6/28/2024 to repair the electrical issue in the unit.

    This company needs to be investigated. Why is it I can live at apartments you manage but I can never get any information on the corporate office. The property manager refused to give me the contact information to contact corporate myself. I have googled and emailed all kinds of different forms and no one has ever reached out to me. But they keep sending reminders about a balance due that I most certainly should not be paying for, at least not the majority of it that they charged for. I should have called code enforcement so long ago but property management assured me they could handle the issues and its just been one mess up after another. Now the apartment is empty and they wanna charge me $5000 for stuff that was damaged upon me moving in! I never signed any papers saying those things were up to par so why am I being charged for them? Any furthermore why cant I find any corporate office information to speak with someone?? This company is a sham and someone needs to investigate all of their dealings at least in *******.

    This person filed a complaint on the wrong property, first. Second, refuses to speak with the actual property manager and district manager regarding this matter. The Complaint is an invalid complaint as she believes she doesn't owe late fees and other fees that come with being a tenant that is late on their rent.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I spoke to someone named ***************** on 6-14-24 and he said he wasnt the right person to speak to but to forward him what information I had and he would get it to the right person. 
    That apartment should have been condemned, and I was forced to live in it while all the buildings around me were upgraded. Just look at the photos and it was like that upon moving in. I was guaranteed an upgraded apartment and then I was guaranteed new carpet when I renewed the lease. Neither of which happened. Like Ive been saying I can pay for what Im responsible for but i am not paying for damages that were caused by their negligence ESPECIALLY when I reported them in a timely fashion.
