    270 OPs is a property management company that has predatory and negligent tactics. They have extorted money while inflicting gross negligence, damage to property and property loss, abused management aspects which impede homeowners quality of life, provided faulty services, and neglect to communicate. I was told that I need to pay an additional $400 to move out, which I paid, as I was told that half of it ($200) would be credited back post-move. The property manager, ******* ********, now claims he does not have to provide anything back to me. My move date is this Friday, September 6th and the fee was paid on August 16th. He is now ignoring calls, text, and emails. He is violating our written contract and agreement between ********* on North Decatur and ************************************************ addition to retaliation due to my expressing of disappointment in a number of items that 270 OPs has promised to correct, but failed to due since February 2024.

    RB Management is a property management company that uses a middle buffer, like 270 OPs, to avoid accountability or fulfillment of services. 270 OPs is a property management company thru RB Management that has predatory and negligent tactics. They have extorted money while inflicting gross negligence, damage to property and property loss, abused management aspects which impede homeowners quality of life, provided faulty services, and neglect to communicate.
