    I dont usually go for long reviews, so I'll keep this straight to the point. I've dealt with many landlords over the years. Most are okay, a few aren't great, but none have been as bad as Resihome. It was a nightmare just to see the place. ***** went unanswered, and the flippant agents on their ***** number seemed to know nothing. Move-in was even worse.Key delivery was delayed, my lease had incorrect details, and the place was dirty. The agent, The real estate agent assigned to us, *******, was not helpful and often compounded the issues. Since moving in, communication continues to be a huge problem. Getting a decent response from the property management team is rare. When they do reply, its usually with a dismissive "Sorry, submit another ticket." And the frequent mistakes with my rent are unbelievable. Im usually pretty laid-back and can make do, but seriously, if youve paid the application fee, consider it lost and look elsewhere. Renting from Resihome is likely something youll regret.

    I am writing to express my deep frustration with the management of the property I am currently leasing in *******. Since moving into this home, I have encountered numerous challenges, including incorrect charges and a severe lack of communication - the lack of communication has been over the past three months.In June, I paid for water and sewer services covering the period from January 22, 2024, to April 18, 2024. However, in July, I was incorrectly charged for the period from December 22, 2023, to May 15, 2024. Since these charges first appeared in June, I have made multiple attempts to contact ****** via phone, voicemail, text, and email, but I have yet to receive a response.I was able to speak with ****** on one occasion, during which he assured me that eviction fees and late fees would be removed and that he would discuss the charges with the billing department. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up communication, and my August payment now shows a balance of over $2,550. Despite my efforts to reach out to ****** and ****** to resolve this issue, I am now facing late fees for both August's rent and utilities and eviction threats.******** has been the only person who has communicated with me over the past week, but even she has been unable to reach ****** or ****** to obtain detailed billing information or assist with this matter. The ongoing issues have caused me significant stress and anxiety, and I am reaching out to you in the hope that someone can finally provide the assistance I desperately need.I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter as soon as possible and help resolve these ongoing issues. I am at a loss as to where else to turn.

    ResiHome property management has never answered our phone call, even when calling the emergency repair number. IF its possible to leave a message, their response takes 2-3 days. Sewage backed up into our house a week ago. The plumber they sent came the next day and then promised to return to repair once he has approval. We have been reaching out daily. It has been a week and ResiHome has not sent anyone else. We cannot run water anywhere in the home and been without ability to clean, wash, go to the bathroom for over a week now. As of today there is no help in sight. They used to call this slum-lording.

    Corrupt company. Stole my ****** deposit and I didn't even move in. I had to pay that to see their lease. Their lease is dirty and corrupt. I told them I didn't want to live there so they stole my money. All of there bad reviews are true. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ******************** ******* got me. 3-5-2024

    I am beyond frustrated with the move out report charges.The move out inspection checklist clearly states anything beyond normal where and tear needs to be repaired. Nothing in that home that I moved out off was beyond normal wear and tear!I was charged for 4 scuffs being on the walls, a few leaves being on the front porch, paint wearing out on the kitchen cabinets (was there prior to my move in and was even documented on my move in inspection), replacing light bulbs that werent out but were a not white on the outside (they were the correct color as far as daylight or soft white but because the outer glass was clear, I was charged), Carpets had to be professionally cleaned (which I had done)!I was also charged for the shelf falling even though you can see in the pictures that the proper screws werent used when it was originally installed! $207 to refresh clean the home since there was no receipt that the entire house was professionally cleaned. I was told due to no receipt, they had to rewipe down all counters, bathrooms, etc. and sweep the porch again because they werent sure if I did it.EVEN THOUGH I SENT MOVE OUT PICTURES! That house was given back to ResiHomes better than how I received it. I just didnt think this company would nickel and dime a tenant who did everything they requested on their move out inspection to the ** I asked what was the normal wear and tear allowance given for each property and i was told there wasnt one! I was told the tenant is charged for everything including normal wear and tear. The house was sanitized, floors mopped, carpets professionally cleaned, all light bulbs working aside from the 1 I couldnt reach, and still was charged almost $500 in bogus fees! I even have pictures of bulbs in the sockets in my move out pictures and the technician they sent to inspect the home took my bulbs out and took a picture and said there was no bulb!

    *** had gas leaks in the home for months which leave me and my family in a home filled with gas. Ive have several reports of this issue after companies come to inspect. Resi home will not replace the main line in the crawl space to fix the issue. They will only agree to fix the small minor leaks. This is very dangerous and careless. Ive also received very high gas bills. Periodically I will recieve double bills even though Ive never been late paying rent which includes my utilities through a company called conservice. I need help to ensure my families health and safety.

    This company is money hungry and not economically friendly. They file unnecessary charges on your account and filed an eviction fee on the last month of lease.

    This company uses ********** utility company that charges 2-3 times the utility cost and trash pickup to its tenants. The air conditioner was not working when I moved in. The temperature on the home was 94 degrees. It took two and a half weeks to get the issue resolved. It is hard to get someone to answer their phone. The company does not contact the repair companies to get issues resolved, they make the tenant contact the repair company for resolution. They charge $30 each month for what they call a smart home. This only includes a keyless front door lock and 1 digital thermostat that does not work properly And a $30 monthly fee for septic. It only cost $500 to clean a septic system that only needs cleaning every 5 years based on usage. Along with other fees. My electricity cost was $250 for one month during the winter. I live alone. There is no way the cost could be that high as I paid the same rate for a household of 4 when I paid directly. I am scared what the summer months will look like. Trash is $110 for 3 months charged in a monthly break down. When I lived down the street my charges were $ 49 for 3 months. I know that I am being ripped off but at this time I have no choice but to deal with the scrupulous charges
