    This company and its associated website"Atlanda.com" has stopped returning my younger brothers phone calls. They are not acknowledging him and his attempts to have his security deposit returned.I do not recommend ever doing business with this company

    My elderly brother has rented a room in a home owned by Tulip Investment Group for 6 months. For the first few months ******* answered his phone and some times replied to my text messages. But as time went on, ******* stop answering my phone calls and replying to my text messages about the issues my brother was experiencing at the house. A few months ago a tenant was removed from the house, when the tenant stuff was placed on the street, we were made aware that this tenant had an infestation of bed bugs in his room ! ! ! ******* had someone to come out and spray ONE time to treat the infestation ! ! ! ******* was made aware that another tenant had a bed bug infestation, as well, and he has done nothing to ensure that the rooms of the other elderly men in the home are free of bed bugs. ******* also has done nothing to maintain the outside of the home. The grass is extremely high and my brother has even had to kill a lizard that got into his bottom floor room ! ! ! If I knew then what I know now, I would have NEVER sign a lease with Tulip Investment Group. This company is the epitome of a SLUMLORD and a rating of F isn't low enough to give to this company ! ! !
