  Absolutely horrible!!!!We live at the ******** at ****** location. We have been here since March when the property opened. Our right to quiet living as been violated everyday since late April. We have complained and have been offered the option of moving into another unit, however, we shouldnt have to move. Also, financially, it is really expensive. Due to medical procedures that Im going to be having I picked a unit on the 1st floor. I cannot take a risk of having to use the stairs, because the elevators are broken every other day. We pay our rent and mind our business but this company doesnt care once you sign that lease if you have peace in your home. The office staff here told us this this is community living. Since we complained, the noise has gotten even worse so now Im going to start calling the police every time it happens to have reports and evidence. This company sells polished turds. They dont care if you work from home and noise is heard over your calls, or that you have to blast your TV in order to hear it due to the noise above your head. These loud banging, stumping, running, slamming, jumping and rolling sounds do not stop from 7:30am to 9:30pm at night EVERYDAY!!!!! We cant rest, nap, watch movies or anything without it sounding like something is trying come through our ceiling! This is a violation of our right to live undisturbed and in a quiet environment. Just thinking about the fact that we were offered an option to move, as if we are the ones making noise, is absolutely disrespectful and a slap in the face. Maybe you should hold people accountable to what they sign, so that EVERYONE can live in the peace that your company promised us with a smile when we signed our lease! Stop lying and trying to just make sure you meet a quota!!!!   This is a terrible property management company. I have lived in one of the communities they manage for over 3 ************ been nothing but a ******. They gave my information to a random person who claimed to be doing a wellness check, they sent the police to my ********* don't know what they told them but the police showed up in riot gear to my house for a wellness check & I wasn't even there just my children & that's not the only time they have violated my privacy. There is a creepy maintenance guy that just tries to come into the units of single ************ were told about this by multiple tenants yet they did nothing about it; I'm grateful I can legally have a firearm in my house. They increase the rent every year but the service level decreases every year. They never answer or return phone calls at the corporate or community offices; the office staff is rude & unprofessional. Every year I sign a lease it's some kind of issue because they aren't doing their job. The communities they service are going to leave the owners bankrupt due to their poor service.

  I stayed at nonsmoking property 2023. After complaining of smoking I had severe levels chemicals in unit per licensed professional air quality testing

  I have a long paper trail to no longer reside with them. My rent was 2100. Upon me leaving , they are now charging me 2600 for 4 months! I live half way across the country! ******, the dishonest office manager, litterally hand wrote in and changed paperwork. Do NOT rent with this company!
