      I ordered a gas range in hopes that it would be delivered by Thanksgiving, instead I received an email that it was being delivered to the Butternut store. The order number was E ******* all of a sudden, the order disappeared. They show no such order. Now it is Christmas time, and I can't make cookies or ****. I am pretty upset I would like to continue without the whole deal all over again and receive a range asap for the dollar and not ****.

      I am currently leasing a ******* Smart Dryer from Aarons in ******** ** shortly after the dryer did not work for several months paid the payment on the dryer only to be lied to that they would repair it I stopped paying and they began to harass and threaten me to come and take it I already had paid a good amount of money into owning it they finally came and took the dryer and kept it for 2 1/2 Months while they gave me a old one to use I continued to pay the payment Once again the dryer does not work I have been lied to for 2 months they were going to fix it and once again nothing so I stopped payment and the harassing and threatening called started demanding payment and adding late charges I want a dryer that works like it should I pay ***** a month for this and it does not dry the clothing they don't care they just want the money for it and will not come to any type of resolution This dryer will be paid off in 2 months I paid a lot into this and will take a loss if they come and take it back Please help me get a working dryer for all the money I paid for it

      I have no missed calls or text messages from this business trying to contact me 

      I did speak to ***** from the Home office in Kentucky and they said that they will swap out the dryer with newer used model not telling me what make or model I'm waiting to see what happens next 

      Originally I purchased a brand *********** Smart Dryer ..that is defective sensor and continues to shut off thinking the clothes are dry I paid close to a thousand dollars for this and it has ran my utility electric **** sky high using this dryer up to 5 hours for one basic load of laundry 

      And What I'm getting is a newer similar used model ..I guess I will see what it is if they bring it

      This experience has been nothing but a nightmare for me 

      I have read all the reviews for this business and there is not 1 good thing that customers have to say 

      Well the dryer is paid off now so I guess I'm stuck with the junk they give me or look to by a new one somewhere else !?

      No to happy !!!

      On November 3rd 2021 hey damaged my apartment when picking up furniture and illegally dumped thier trash on my neighboring property dumpster. They left the furniture in the middle of street on a curve causing an unsafe condition. After they picked up the furniture they tried to debit my account for 332 dollars. They claim I never told them about the damage. That is not true. I told the people who picked up the furniture and pointed out the damage and told the manager when he called me about 2 lamps they didn't pick up. He claims that's not true.. why wouldn't I? Then they sent me a letter stating I had until 12/7/21 to pay $89.50 but called me over and over from different numbers and sent me pages over and over. Then after all that on Saturday November 26, 2021 one of thier people came to my house banging on my door so loud it woke up scared my neighbors grandkids and proceeded to stick something on the glass that has to now be scrapped off. The person who did it is named **** from the ********** store in **********. They had no respect for anyone and he put that on my door knowing I would have to scrape it off. That in my opinion is disturbing the peace and vandalism regardless of what I owe them. Now they are claiming I owe them $260 dollars after sending me a letter stating I owed $89.50. They tried to take $147 out of my account on December 3, 2021 3 or 4 times but claiming they never did. but I have proof from my bank. Again but now claiming I owe them $260 dollars. I have asked for a printed record of all I have paid over the past year and what is owed which I have never received. There are laws that cover what they cannot do in trying to collect a debt correct? Regardless of what I owe them they are not allowed to disturb the peace at my home and vandalize my property correct? The manager is refusing to address any of these issues. They are arrogant rude unethical and liars. I can't seem to get fthem on any of thes I have included picture

      I started a lease for an Heat and air conditioner on November 6, 2021 new in the box unopened. I had it for a week still un opened til my air conditioning guy came to install. When we did opened it, it was damaged. Looked like it had been crushed or someone sat something on top of it. I told my local store. I took it to them the next day I think this was the 20th. They didn't have any in store so they said when they find one the will contact **** called back the December 2 to see if they have found one or either cancel my lease and give me a refund. First off I was told the lease was already canceled and I would not be getting a refund. Nobody called and told me this I only found out when I called. I have been waiting on a replacement unit. Then he said I had it for a month when in fact I only had it in my possession for only a week. I have pictures of when it was opened.

      Placed an order through their website for a refrigerator on 11/28/21. The site promised that the order would be delivered within 5-7 days. On Friday, 12/3/21, I called the store to check the status of my order and was told that the item was not in the store and wouldnt be there until they received their truck that evening. This person claimed to be the general manager and promised to call me back once the item was in the store and said that the earliest it could be delivered would be Tuesday (12/7) or Wednesday (12/8). He never called back. I called again the next day (12/4) only to be told that while the item was finally in the store, it would now be another week at least before it could be delivered. When I stated that the general manager had promised an earlier delivery date I was told that I didnt speak to the manager (essentially accusing me of lying). While Ill admit that at this point Im extremely upset and did swear, I was not in any way abusive towards this employee, who hung up on me at this point. Ive already been charged a payment for this item, I would NOT have done business with this company had they told me from the beginning that it would take this long to receive the item as I need it asap. Ive cancelled the order at this point but I want back every ***** that theyve taken from me.

      I'm leasing a desktop gaming computer. It was supposedly "brand new". I've been having issues with HDMI cord and port since day 1 of using it. I took the computer in repairs a month ago, and I was later issued a loaner. I was told that I'd be given a call once the computer was repaired. I was never given a call, so today, a month later I give the business a call. I was told that my computer was returned to inventory, because they supposedly tried to call me several times to no avail. The number they supposedly called me on isn't the number I listed as my primary phone number. Then, I asked the associate did he leave a message. He stated that he wasn't able to. When filling out an application with the business you're required to add an alternate number. Why didn't anyone call the alternate number? No one contacted me to tell me my computer was done being repaired. My payments come out of my account each month, because I'm set up with EZ Pay. I'm angry, because my computer was returned to inventory. I'm being told to come up there to do a new application to get my computer back. I want to be compensated, because the associate is lying. No one called me at any of the numbers listed on my application. They just took it upon themselves to put my computer back in inventory. Yet, the're still taking payments from my account.

      I paid my **** on time yesterday and they never took it out of my account or got a receipt then today I notice and they charge be a f****** late fee for their f****** error or a computer error! Then I couldn't pay on time due to a health emergency and covid and still was charged late fees. Your late fees are ****** up one when I paid on time and one when I'm ill. You all are already ****** a low income person for 500 extra dollars in fees and the washer itself is not worth anywhere near what you charge. Greedy heartless company people are sick ans suffering! I paid on time all but once! Cut people some slack and figure out why your system glitched yesterday and ****** me out of 5 more dollars I don't have to spare when I paid on f****** time!

      For the last two months this buisness has intentionally prolonged responses to return requests of an item to then request further months payments. I first requested to return the 75inch tv with soundbar on octber second by calling the local store here in **********: ************************************************************************************************* The woman I spoke too said she would have the manager call me to do the return. No employee ever called me back so I just paid octobers payment of ******. I called again two weeks later and requested to speak to the manager who I finnaly spoke with and he set up a return pick up for the items. The employes that came for the pick up then went to the wrong address. I called back in and the manager tried to blame me. he again scheduled a pick up a week later and the items were returned in perfect condition and in accordance with the return policy. several more weeks and several more calls to this store have still not removed these items from my account and it is now showing a payment due today 12/1/2021. I believe they are trying to continue to delay processing the return that is now two months old to try to make me pay another payment. Please help me recover my last payment and to have them clear this item off my account. I believe thier actions constitute fraud. See lease info below.
