    On November 1, 2024 I left Hooters and requested an ***** I was not on Hooters property when a Hooters Supervisor named ****** called me back to the deck area. I went back onto the Hooters property and talked to Shadia. She asked me what I was doing and requested my pictures from my smartphone. I did not take any pictures of Hooters employees.The *************************** came and filled out a police incident report for ******. I did not receive a ticket or a citation however the police officer told me to not come back on this property. I left Hooters with **** and was confused why the police officer told me that.On November 4, 2024 I tried to obtain a copy of the incident report from the ***. The officer said that the incident report was sealed and that I could not have a copy of the report.On November 26, 2024 I went back to Hooters ************** and sat down at the bar. **** and another supervisor came up to me and he handed me a Criminal Trespass Warning Letter dated November 4, 2024. the letter stated Based on your recent pattern of improper, unlawful, and/or threatening behavior towards Hooters employees and guests at the Hooters of ************************** you are hereby notified that you are prohibited from remaining in or entering upon the Hooters of ************************** operated by **************************I never did anything unlawful or threatening towards Hooters employees or guests. I never cursed anyone and I never received a verbal warning from Hooters. I was a patron of this restaurant for years and I feel insulted and slandered. I am not a criminal or repeat offender and can prove it.I would like to be reinstated as a Patron of Hooters ************** (************************).

    So I place an order 20 mins ahead of time at the location in ****** the staff didnt have the order at all total bad customer service no type of empathy spoke with **** worst manager I see why hooters is going out of business go twin peaks I will never visit another hooters ever

    On 9/30/2023 I visited one of their location and spent approximately $300 and paid on a credit card. My server was Genesis *********** I told her there would be no tip. I closed out and ******* wrote in a $300 tip on my bill. Another server told me she does it all the time, and boasts that when customers leave the tip blank it is because they want her to write in what she feels she deserves. My complaints to the *** ************************* have been ignored. I then contacted Owner *******************, and was again ignored. I then called CEO, *********************, on 3 separate occasions with no call back.

    The manager ***** at the *************************************** location on ***** hwy is the WORST manager I have ever encountered! My order was completely wrong! My husband has a allergy to onions and even after specifying NOT TO ADD ONIONS! Not only did they add onions, they gave him onion rings. I called the store spoke with ***** said he was the store manager. He refused to take the food back, he called me a liar, was rude, yelled at me, was arrogant, over talked me and never allowed me to finish a complete sentence and basically tried to call me a liar on multiple occasions. Even going as far as to lie and say we looked at the food before leaving and that too was a lie. My husband only looked in the bag to check for condiments. My husband was very upset because that would have been a trip to the *** but he wasnt on the phone I was. The manager instead of engaging me was trying to have an ego match with my husband who was in the background. He hung up and I heard him call me a dumb n*gag which is crazy considering so many black women work there!

    Me, my wife, brother, sister in law and daughter were eating for my wife's birthday. Before ordering food we all were brought a drink. My drink was full of broken glass. This was not noticeable due to the color of the cup. I sucked up pieces of glass in my straw. The result was a mouth full of blood and 2 teeth I'm having to get fixed. When I brought this to the managers attention he put the blame on our server for "taking a broken bottle " out of the trash to make my drink. Both the server and manager admitted that they made a huge mistake. To make it right the manager offered to take the drink off our bill, the drink that had broken glass in it. A $7 drink doesn't make up for the near $20k worth of dental work, doctor visits and migraines from this. Unfortunately I wasn't able, financially, to get the work started on the broken teeth immediately so I was adjusting how I chewed which started changing my bite leading to an abcess in my check and migraines. It was a huge insult to me for the manager to offer what he did and never even said we are sorry. I've had a lawyer send them a treatment plan from a dentist. Yesterday after several months Hooters insurance company denied liability. I'm not asking for millions of dollars. I was asking Hooters to cover the dental work that they caused and admitted to it being their mistake. I was hoping they would do the right thing, but now that they haven't I will resort to asking for a jury trial. We've eaten at Hooters all over the world, this happened in *****************/********** *******. I've had gastric problems as well so I may need to have that looked at to make sure the glass didn't do anything past my mouth.

    Hello,I hope this message finds you well. I recently placed an order and the experience was unacceptable according to the quality. The overall quality of the food was completely inappropriate to serve as the crab was covered in parasitic eggs. This is an indication that the food was not properly prepared and cleaned. In addition to this complaint, Im pregnant, so I could not take the risk of scraping or discarding portions for the health of myself and child. I usually have excellent*** experiences with this Hermitage, ** location, but unfortunately, it wasnt on this particular day. I love patronizing this business, so I do not want a refund-I would just like a gift card to try again. Please send to ************************* Order Number ***************** total $54.60

    1/27/2023 Black Labrador ************************* ********** At 7:45 PM I decided to stop at Hooters ***************************************************************. I ran errands last minute, had my service dog with me. For the first time I forgot her vest but by law it is not necessary, besides I was only ordering to take out. I waited at the end of the outdoor bar and asked who the manager was clearly if I can order to go at the outdoor bar. She says you need to go inside but you.... I said she's a service dog she's good. To my surprise the lady rudely says what your handicap is. I was taken by surprise as all I heard training with and for this dog is, it's illegal for people to ask what my handicap is. I said, you know it's illegal for you to ask that. She rudely answered that's the only thing I can ask. I was taken back by her rudeness as she clearly profiled me at this point. She never once even looked down at my black lab that is always by my side and never goes to anyone. She is not the type of dog that goes sniffing around. This manager did not care about the dog it was all about me and how she already profiled me. She said this is not going to happen you cannot be here. As insulted as I've ever been Hooters denied me service handicap or not this lady was the rudest person in charge of a restaurants as I've ever seen. If this is the way Hooters train their people to profile and ask what people's handicap is then Hooters is responsible for this lady who discriminated against me today. I have never been kicked out of anywhere with my dog. She gets compliments everywhere we go. This was clearly not about the dog and 100% profiling. I did not make a scene but I should have asked for police officer and show him my service dog ID which this manager never even cared to ask.BBB does not handle discrimination cases and suggests I should reach out to my state attorney's office. I want to hear from Hooters how they allow this type of treatments to people with disabilities first.

    On last Nov 5, I ordered traditional wings at Hooters ********* via Hooter's app. As attached file, they charged me multiple times and didn't cancel it. Because I live far away from the location, I disputed the transaction but it declined. Please refund me $63.98 as soon as possible.
