On May 16, 2021 both inside rear door panels to my vehicle were damaged by a Floor & Decor (**********, **) employee while loading tile into the backseat cargo area. I contacted Floor & Decor and was subsequently contacted by ****************** Senior Claims Specialist, *************************, to provide 2 damage estimates - which I did. After numerous email attempts and phone calls, ****************** has ceased to answer my emails or phone messages. I am a disabled **** Army veteran.Business response
