    This company continues to prey on the elderly with the roofing insurance scams. They come into our HOA no solicitation neighborhood in droves, park their trucks in our swimming pool parking lot an are rude when we ask them to leave.

    Dear Ms. **************** take every concern raised seriously and would like to address your complaint thoroughly. After reviewing your statements, we want to clarify that our company has never conducted any business with you or performed any work on your property. 

    Our team was canvassing in your neighborhood as part of our regular outreach efforts. We have worked with many satisfied customers in the area since 2020 and have several ongoing projects. While canvassing, we ensure compliance with all local regulations.



    We understand that you may have concerns, but the claims you have made regarding our business being a scam are unfounded and not based on any personal experience with our services. Your statements appear to be based on a negative review from a client who did not fulfill their financial obligation to us. We request that you provide any specific evidence supporting your claims; otherwise, these statements are misleading and defamatory; You've mentioned this is an "elderly" area and we're also aware that this is not only an ''elderly'' area, several of our clients are not our beloved elder people which we don't have any problem to work with, but using them as an excuse to damage the image of a company is not a just action.

    Furthermore, we are concerned about the actions of following, photographing, and recording our team members without their consent. Such actions can be seen as harassment and are not conducive to resolving any misunderstandings. We are young entrepreneurs dedicated to providing quality service and value transparency and honesty in all our dealings.

    We would appreciate it if you could reach out to us directly so we can clear up any confusion and address any concerns you may have. Our goal is to maintain a respectful and professional relationship with all members of the community.
