  The worst company I have ever dealt with, by far!! Got a PPP loan through these clowns that they said was not forgivable. Appealed through the *** and they said that it was 100% forgiven. Had to make a substantial payment because they threatened to turn me over to collections while *** forgiveness was going through which they assured me would be returned to me once forgiven but guess what? Its been over 2 months and still no refund. Im glad you people went out of business. Thiefs and crooks!!

  Worst customer service, unprofessional and rude, wasting time to call and explain again and again what your issue is (already was case id number and already sent all info by email). The answering person doesn't know and don't sure of anything, they can only escalate the case to the support team, the support team is a secret organization without any way to contact with them. Nobody don't know nothing, fully unprofessional company. Just question what all that employee doing here ? imitation of activity for pay check.

  This company keeps harassing me about a loan to pay back which I don't mind paying them back ...but it says my forgiveness is pending which is confusing either I got one or I dont.. there in court for fraud and bankruptcy....this is very confusing to clients I would rather pay a collection because at least I know its professional..I tried to email them back and block emails which is a red flag....can someone please help me to resolve this I don't want to mess my credit up and my business is ******'s house of hair llc thank u

  Cannot get of hold of anyone. They use a ********** call center. Website said they will have a portal for turning in ppp forgiveness but then never actually put one up. They say your forgiveness is denied but they never let you apply. Worst part is they fill the application out wrong and expect you to sign it.

  I would give them a negative 15 stars if I could. I applied for forgiveness on a second loan in the summer of 2021, was told I didn't qualify, but then was asked for additional documents. I uploaded the additional documents and thought I was all set, but then months later realized there were some things still requested--though the company never told me this. I uploaded the additional documents around May 2022 and waited and waited, heard nothing. Emailed twice, heard nothing. Then, out of the blue, when the account says nothing when I look online, I get an email that I've defaulted on my loan and they're coming for debt collection. This is THE MOST RIDICULOUS company that doesn't communicate and gives NO INFORMATION. I've tried many times to provide paperwork and get an answer, but NOTHING.

  My accountant used this company to get me a PPP Loan which should have been forgiven, but yet they are giving me the runaround in cancelling this loan. This company should be closed down and the owners should be jailed for lying and ripping people off. They are hard to contact and when you do get someone, you are giving the run around. They constantly sending threatening emails stating that if no payments are made that they are sending the account to collections. Stop sending threatening emails and do your job in forgiving these loans which were set up by the Gov't. This Company is a SCAM....

  This company is the worst I've EVERY encountered. I work for an Accounting firm. I processed over **** PPP loans. They are playing games with peoples money. We have applied THREE different times in THREE different portals for forgiveness. Now they are declining (not the **** Kservicing is telling them they are declined. When you call the *** they tell you that the applications have not been declined they are "in process". Ironically Kservicing is sending out collections letters to encourage payments while the process has been extended. They are assuring clients once the *** "gets around" to processing their application Kservicing will refund their money. I'm no genius but let's think about this. 1 million people are scared to go to collections so they set up a minimum payment of 100 because they think the *** hasn't processed it yet.....that is *********** million dollars they get to play with until YOU jump through the hoops to get it forgiven. All the while they are blaming the ***. SHAME ON THEM!!! Someone should do something!

  K-Servicing provides the single worst customer service I have received in the last five years, at least. We received a PPP loan through Kabbage which was then taken over by K-Servicing which is owned by ***************** They did not allow for loan forgiveness applications to be filled until months after other banks did. Then their portal was incomplete and failed to fully function. This resulted in us receiving multiple boiler-plate messages telling us that our application was incomplete. No matter how much backup information we upload (multiple times over many months) we keep receiving these unhelpful boiler-plate notices. The worst part is that when we called their customer service agents did not have the tools necessary to be helpful. For many months, no one could tell us what information was missing from our application, just that something was missing. Supervisors were no more helpful. The agents did not have the ability to communicate with the application reviewers, so they didn't know what was missing any better than we did, yet they refused to contact the reviewers. Nightmare. I have had problems with AmEx customer service before and this was very similar. They offshore the phone centers and don't train the agents or give them the tools they need to help customers. Worse, they make it impossible for customer service agents to contact anyone with any authority or access to information. It feels as if they are deliberately trying to make the process impossible. Do not ever do business with this awful company. And don't take my word for it. Look at all the other complaints and one-star reviews. K-Servicing is the worst.

  Over a year and multiple calls later. All tracked by date, time, and the person I talked to. I get the same answers when trying to follow up on our PPP forgiveness. They just lead us on and feed us bull. This is frustrating for small businesses that needed the money at the time. I'm hearing of close friends with other companies that received ***** times more than we did and they were forgiven right away through other institutions. KServicing is really bad and needs to get their stuff together. So frustrating!!!

  They are #1 at terrible service. They have my account set up on auto pay to never miss a payment yet K Servicing is charging me a late fee every month after taking the auto payment. They keep promising a call back to correct it......nothing. Stay away from this company
