    Due to negligence of the staff as well as possible employee malfeasance, property was stolen from my storage unit. I rented a unit from this facility at the end of January 2025 (the second unit I have there). I placed belongings into the unit and secured it with a padlock. When I returned approx. two weeks later to access the unit, I noticed that my lock was not there and had been replaced with a different lock. After notifying the office staff, they informed me that they had placed a new lock since there was no lock on the unit. However, at no point did they inform me that that was the case. They provided a key to the new lock and I accessed the unit only to find it empty, all my belongings having been stolen. I reported this to the office staff as well as summoned the local police. The property manager indicated she would review the security footage to try to determine when and who accessed my unit. When discussing with the policeman who arrived to take the report, she indicated that she did not see anyone leaving the building with my belongings through any of the entry/exit doors that had camera footage. She stated that this implied that it was employee theft since the public would have had to exit through a public/recorded door.

    This business has increased my rental rate by 66% in one year. They employed bait and switch pricing tactics which are unethical and unfair.

    Air conditioner broken in a climate controlled building. Record high temperatures. No warning to customers that temperatures could exceed 90 degrees

    Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer states she has been using this business for 2 years and for the first time they made an unauthorized charge to her account 2/1/24. She is not set up for auto pay, she calls them to make her payment when she gets her check. The bank has even tried contacting the business to resolve this but they will not speak with the bank. The business states that it is the banks fault not theirs. On 2/1/24 the payment looked like it was reversed but it is still showing as a withdrawal and not a credit. This caused the consumers account to go into overdraft and she received a notice for collections.
