    Dear BBB,We are asking you to please intervene on a matter where ******** and ************************* paid Perimeter Surgery Center of ******* the same **** twice and we have been unable to get that second payment returned to us after several phone calls.January 14, 2022 - ******************************* went to Perimeter Surgery Center of ******* to have Right Hand Carpal Tunnel surgery. Match 8, 2022 - we received a billing statement in the mail from Perimeter Surgery Center of ******* reflecting an amount due of $260.46.Match 10, 2022 - we placed a personal check #**** in the amount of $260.46 to Perimeter Surgery Center of ******* in the US mail.***** 4, 2022 - we received another statement from Perimeter Surgery Center showing that the same **** we paid was still outstanding ***** 5, 2022 - *** at PSC said they never received the check in the mail. ***** 13, 2022 - ***** paid $260.46 by credit card to PSC online payment center. ***** 26, 2022 ******************* statement for ***** and saw check #**** was cashed on ***** 22. .***** 27, 2022 Called PSC billing office and spoke with ******. ****** confirmed that check #**** was received by PSC and cashed in the amount of $260.46. She confirmed that this was a double payment received for services rendered on January 14, 2022. ***** requested that the double payment and overpayment in the amount of $260.46 be sent back to the Johnsons. May 12, 2022 - Called PSC billing office. *** informed ***** that reimbursement is in process and have to get managers approval. ***** told *** we have been waiting since ***** 27 and we should have had the check by now. ***** requested to speak to a manager to confirm that the reimbursement would be processed but was informed that she cannot speak to a manager. ***** told *** that reply is unacceptable and I would be getting the BBB involved so that we can get our money back.June 9, 2022 - Have not received reimbursement of overpayment to date from Perimeter Surgery Center.
