On 11/23/21, we received one online CASH 4 ticket  ( $2,500.00 ) from ***********************. Unfortunately, ************** didnt include her picture ID nor proof of SSN, as required by law.

On 11/24/21, an Insufficient to File letter was mailed out to ************** notifying her of the missing documents that were needed to process her claim. On 12/3/21, ************** faxed over a copy of her ID & SSN but both copies were unreadable. On 12/3/21, we called ************** at ************ and explained to her that the faxed copies of the documents were very dark and not readable. ************** stated that she would try to send them again. On 1/6/22, ************** called the *** and spoke to ********** ********** explained to ************** again, that we needed better copies of her documents. ************** emailed the required ID and SSN copies and a check for $2,500.00 was mailed to ************** to the following address:

I am a hardworking Georgian, that works for the same system that the Ga Lottery is suppose to help the board of education. I have also been a Ihope account holder since Ga lottery starde with the online Ihope card. On (?26?2017 they sent out notices saying that the new Ihope dicover card would be deactivate. I have over 21 winning tickets, free tickets, sign up and deposit money on card for promotions, and I play monopoly online and I have not gotten any winnings more than $6 bucks they say the deposit it be it never gets deposited, My winnings numbers for big games has not changed since 2017 the 21 number and I cannot see the promotion for lottery for monopoly on the non-winning scratchers online to enter number. They just took over 250 off my card for a vip preferred account that I know nothing about. They also do not pay for the promotions that the advertise in my email. This is a travesty at the highest level. I do not have a gambling problem but it seems that ************************* is not the only one gambling with the truth and morality. We Georgians play the Lottery because it was set up to help the boards of education in the state, but if the head of the Ga Lottery Corporation has no moral-compass then it represents the system as a whole. I need help and compensation. I am ***************************. This has to be stopped .

The player contacted our Player Information Hotline in December 2021 in regard to alleged unpaid winnings, and during those conversations, our representatives requested information from the player on specific wins that she believes were not paid. She has not provided those details. Our Player Information Hotline team has attempted to contact the player multiple times via both email and phone to follow up on getting that information, and the player has not responded. We cannot research her claims without the requested information.

Regarding promotions received via email, we credited the player on 12/29/21 with $2 for a promotion that ran over the Christmas holiday and was supposed to be credited on 12/25/21. We apologize for the delay. We are not aware of any other promotional offers for which the player was eligible but did not receive.

Regarding the ********************** this is related to the players deposits to her iHOPE account wallet from her bank account. Players who elect to deposit via the *** process from their bank account must agree to Terms of Service with Global Payments, which runs the ********************* used to process these deposits. As noted in those terms, If the player initiates a deposit from their bank account but there are insufficient funds available when Global Payments attempts to withdraw the funds, then the player will be assessed a fee by Global Payments.

The player must discuss any charges assessed by Global Payments directly with them at ********************** ******************************************* **************************************************, 1-************.

To avoid the possibility of insufficient funds fees, we encourage the player to use the alternate methods of depositing funds available to iHOPE account holders: via a debit card or via a PayPal account linked to a bank account.

I won $125,000 on a Georgia lottery scratch ticket. The lottery took over $87,000 for student debt. I only went to school for 1 semester to Southern ********************* in *******, **. I finished the semester and did not return to school. That is the only college that I ever attended for 1 semester only. I called the ********** of ********* and there said, I don't have an account with them. There is no record of any student debt owed. I also called Navient and they said there is no record on any debt. The Georgia state lottery has stolen my money. Is there anyone that can help me with this problem.Thank you,*********************

On October 24,2021, I purchased a Poweball ticket on the Georgia Lottery website. I received confirmation of the the purchase but the ticket was not in my purchased ticket area. I emailed Georgia Lottery support to request my ticket before the next drawing. I received a response after the drawing via email from a representative stating they did not show any proof that I purchased a Powerball ticket. The representative requested proof. I was confused because I saw the transaction on my Georgia Lottery account. I took a screenshot of proof of purchase and I emailed it back to them. I haven't heard anything back from them. I spoke to a representative who informed me she wasn't sure why I haven't heard back but to give them a few mor days. I'm still waiting. I haven't received my ticket yet. There seems to be some fraudulent activity going on. Why would they charge my account and refuse to give me my ticket? Why would they lie about there not being a transaction, when it clearly shows it on my account. Why is it taking them so long to respond? I need answers! I have attached the screenshot of the transaction and emails as well.

We have verified that the Powerball ticket in question was successfully purchased and entered into the 10/25/21 draw. It did not win a prize.

We are investigating the cause of the failure to email the expected purchase notification to the player or display the ticket in the Game History section.

Even though the purchase was successful, we credited the player $2 for the ticket and an additional $10 for her inconvenience. We also called the player on 11/19/21 and provided an update.

I moved to Columbus, Georgia from Florida & purchased a home in June of 2019. I downloaded the app and tried to get verified from that time until now. I have sent and received countless emails. But I have still not been verified. I have asked what information they need. I have asked can I come into their office and be confirmed or provide additional documentation. I have been employed by one of the largest banks in the area and filed state taxes, yet cannot be verified. What information can I provide that would help get me verified so that I may purchase lottery tickets using the app?

Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2021/10/20) */ We apologize for the delay in our response. Our team is investigating the issue and will contact the customer as soon as we have a resolution. Consumer Response /* (2000, 17, 2021/10/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The Georgia Lottery is working with me to determine why I cannot be verified and the company was able to share with me some of the incorrect information that is being reported. I am reaching out to the vendor, Choice Trust, that is providing the incorrect information with the hope that it can be corrected.

I tried 3 times to transfer $10 from my bank account to my iHope account on the Georgia Lottery app. I've received emails from them that my transfers from my iHope account to my bank account did not work. I did not try to transfer from iHope to bank. I transferred from bank to iHope and the app shows that is what I tried to do. My bank has taken $10 from my account but the Georgia Lottery isn't giving me the $10 credit on the app.
