    Hello I have repeatedly reached out for help to remove my project casting accounts. I was able to successfully remove one but I have not been successful removing the last one. I have asked for help and completely ignored. Not that this matters to anyone but this is a safety concern for me now. I have asked retraining order on someone and I didnt realize I still had them up. I want them gone so it removes any trace of me on the internet. This person is blocked on everything but can still potentially, see the project casting page. These are serious safety concerns I have and I just want all accounts removed please.

    I subscribed to Project Casting recently for the sake of broadening my P2P horizons as a re-burdgening actor. Selecting the $19 MONTHLY option agreeable with my budget. HOWEVER ... upon entering my credit card info and submitting, IMMEDIATELY I receive a text alert from my bank that I'd been charged the $239 ANNUAL FEE ************** Moments LATER, I get a Fraud alert from my ******* asking me to verify the $239 charge, which of course I confirmed as UNAUTHORIZED - because I'd selected the MONTHLY but was charged the FULL. Which is unacceptable bait and switch. And I'm NOT the only individual ripped off from these thieves. Who nonsurprising I learned, have SEVERAL pending lawsuits against them for theft. This is not funny, nor a game. And NO actual Support available, including no number or chat to speak with anyone about the matter. Total ridiculous, and my bank is looking into refunding the fraud charge. Project Casting needs to be shut down for bad practice.

    I signed up for this service on February 6, 2025.I only wanted to sign up for the monthly plan, but accidentally hit the yearly payment plan.I contacted them immediately to get the situation corrected, I was unable to get a hold of a live person, either by phone or email.Only received response from unautomated source.I wanted the membership, but only on a month to month basis.I cannot reach anyone to settle this matter for me.Thank you, ***** *****

    Hello I made a free account for ********************** on August 9, 2024. My grandson accidentally purchased services through this company while playing on my phone. I immediately tried to contact the company with no luck. I then contacted the credit card company to dispute the charges. They refunded the money right away. After they did an investigation they ended up charging me even though they never got ahold of project casting (their own words). I have tried calling and emailing multiple times with NO RESPONSE. My husband and I take care of my permanently disabled mother and cant afford to lose a ***** due to health bills alone. PLEASE HELP US!

    Summary of Issue: In February 2024, I paid $239.99 to Project Casting for casting services, which included a $20/month subscription, a profile, and access to casting calls. However, the services advertised were not delivered as promised. The casting calls provided turned out to not be approved by legitimate casting directors, and the profile I created was ineffective in securing any credible opportunities. This was a clear case of false advertising.Details of the Transaction:Date of Transaction: February 2024 Amount Paid: $239.99 (for a subscription and casting services)Services Promised: A $20/month subscription that included a profile and access to casting calls approved by legitimate casting ****************** Received: The casting calls were not legitimate, and the profile I created was ineffective and misleading.Efforts to Resolve: I contacted Project Casting to address the issue. After multiple attempts, a representative promised via email to refund $119 of the amount I paid. However, despite this promise, the refund was never processed, and my emails have been continually delayed without any action taken.Desired Resolution: I am seeking a full refund of $239.99 due to the failure to provide the services as promised. The partial refund of $119 that was promised but never delivered is unacceptable given the company's ongoing delays in communication.

    August 11, 2024 They advertise 20 dollars a month to upgrade account then don't give you a total you just enter your card number and does not say the amount gonna be charged before submitting was charged 320 dollars and they do not respond to emails or messages and will not give me a refund

    I was charged an entire year for this application but as I am not happy with this application I wanted to be sure I am not going to be automatically renewed at the end of a year, they advised me to cancel but I was supposed to still have access until June 2025 I am unable to log in and it states my subscription is cancelled - they do not help when I request a chat I am blocked.

    I sign my son up for project casting and someone using his profiel he is a minor the name is charry *************** .I notice today . Calling the company ****** voice i feel that is a scam i need direct contact.Your company is very alarming that you cannot exit and change to secure your information

    On may 14, 2024 I *************************** signed up for project castings website. They had an ad for a ***************** movie that I wanted to audition for. There was an ad going for $20 with half off. I paid,was clicking on the ad,but unfortunately wasn't able to apply for the job . I immediately contacted the support team via email with no response on their end. I then followed up again on 5/15/24, 5/30/24, and on June 15, 2024, all to no avail. I'd like a full refund, explanation of the charges and an explanation of false advertisement. I'd also like to stop being billed completely immediately.

    I demand a refund for the unauthorized transactions from my ******* account. These unauthorized transactions occurred from January to June, and I require a refund of $100. I had a similar issue during the ******19 pandemic, where $180 was wrongfully deducted, and after contacting your service department, it was promptly refunded. I have a free account and should not have been charged. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. Thank you.******************************* ************
