“All Erudite Nursing Institute graduates are eligible for NCLEX/Boards licensing as "non-traditional students" in every U.S. State and Canada. Erudite Nursing Institute is nationally accredited by the National Healthcare Credentialing Institute (NHCI) under the Federal Board of Medical Services (FBMS) and meets or exceeds the standards of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 62, Subpart A, Section 602.1(A); 20 U.S.C. 1099b. Despite every false allegation by anyone, including the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC), pertaining to O.C.G.A. Sections 43-26-10(7) and 43-26-42(7) or otherwise, Erudite is exempt for purposes of Public Law 110-315 and guarantees NCLEX Board eligibility for every qualified graduate. Note: Licensing exams must be registered for within 90-days of graduation to maintain eligibility. Applications that fall without that timeframe are subject to re-certification of eligibility in accordance with the applicable state or federal board policies, without exception.”
