      Yes I have been taking same transportation company called STS for 3 to 4 yrs I use to have problems with others before now modivecare has started to change my provider STS and sending me 3 or more company instead and when I called dispute department Ino one calls me back and STS says that they told resolutions **** they have me but now modivecare after 3 yrs has a problem with that

      I am rejecting this response because: Made a complaint with BBB ID ******** few weeks ago I was contacted by Modivcare with whom I had issue with and ******* from resolutions headquarters called me and Ivy owners of STS they fixed the problem and all was fine until today they started messing with my transport again someone other than ******* called and said something completely different I was told by ******* that if there's any problem going forward to call her but another agent called and said different and gave me hard time

      On 5/6/2024 modvicare had 2 pick up trucks come to get me for a doctor ************ I am disabled and it states right on the reservation form disabled and ******. The first man called and said he just saw that and he would call to have someone with a car come out. Another pick up truck came out. I was sitting outside on my ******. He said it was not stated on the form that i needed a car. He argued that i could get in the truck if i just would. I had to cancel my doctor ************ Also i was put down as a no show by one driver. I don't know which one. I called modvicare who said there is no way to change the no show part once entered. Then 5/7/2024 i was taken to my doctor but when i called to be taken home they said i had not booked a trip to go home. We argued back and forth with me saying i am looking at it right now on my phone. I was put on hold several times and each time was assured there was no booking. I told to cancel it and she said there was nothing to cancel. I had to call another ride service to get home. I have an appointment booked for 5/23/2024 or i should say I previously had booked an ************ It has magically been cancelled. ****** only says to call modvicare to complain that they have nothing to do with it. I have filed 2 complaints with modvicare and heard nothing. This service was so bad years back i used an alternate service which was not paid for by humana. In desperation after cancer surgery and treatment i had to try them again. Still basically unable.

      I have had so many issues when dealing with Modivcare! From almost every single customer service representative being beyond rude to never knowing if I will get paid for taking someone on a trip. My most recent encounters with Modivcare was just like the rest. I called to find out 1 month after submitting a trip log why it still wasn't processed. The representative informed me that it should have been processed weeks ago and her reason for it not being processed was that Modivcare uses A.I. to process these documents! So let me get this straight your company is solely depending on Artificial Intelligence that you have seen make mistakes over and over but yet you have done nothing to fix this issue? None of this makes any sense at all! All I know is I'm tired of waiting months to get paid for a trip and then not knowing if I'll get paid for only half of the trip. I am so disappointed with everything about Modivcare. There is absolutely no wonder no one wants to help take people to their doctor ************ you might get paid but then again you might only get paid for half of the trip and have to find out from an extremely rude customer service representative months later!

      Had been trying to schedule a ride for doctors ************ for 2 weeks on the app . Kept getting emails to tell me there was a change to my ride. every time I went to app, it said denied...many times.. finally had to call Humana and they got me in touch with a real live person...appt finally booked. Had a call to return home after appointment..kept getting the automated system and was just going around in circles with no resolution. So I ended up asking the doctors office to get me a ride home. And they are always late..my first time dealing with them they were 30 minutes late, both ways. I almost don't want to make any more doctor ************ since I cannot deal with these incompetent imbeciles. So this is my formal complaint. Please do something.

      I accompanied my brother, *****************************, to a doctor *********** using Modivcare Transportation through my health insurance provider, Wellcare TexanPlus. I am the ***** of ******** for my brother, and this occurred on 12/07/2023. There was a glitch on the return trip causing the driver to cancel the trip, and instructed me to reorder the trip through the Lyft app on my phone. Although the trip was initially scheduled through Modivcare, there was no point in trying to reschedule the return portion of the trip through them. They require a 3-day notice to schedule a trip and uses a virtual assistant to do so; it is difficult to get a live agent on the phone. My brother and I were 48 miles from home, so I had no choice but to order the return trip through the Lyft app. I was charged $50.81 by ****, and have made numerous attempts to get a refund from Modivcare. I have spoken to numerous agents that have all promised to send the request to billing. A rep from my insurance provider also called Modivcare regarding my refund (with me on a three-way call). Wellcare health insurance got the same runaround that I had experienced; that the request would be sent to billing. It has been four months since I began trying to get a refund, and I will continue to do so.

      MODICARE DID NOT GIVE TRIP NUMBERS FOR MILAGE FOR FEB 27***** and March 1 ***** And employees do not know what or how to do things I spoke to ******** M. Who is a supervisor and got no where with her **** the supervisor with ******** I was told is out on vacations there are more then six complaints in on this company.

      I have been done dirty one to many times by modivcare transportation. Today 03/19/2024. Was my last straw with how my rider treated me. Because they are all in cahoots with ****** with ***** care. My rider was rude and unprofessional most of the drivers have been friendly up until recently. When me and my son got in her car she got out saying she had to make a private phone call. Well this was my property then she walked all the way down my drive way talking on her phone. I rolled down the window and she rolled it back up being mean to me saying she had the air on. My son recorded the entire 20 minute ride to my doctors appointment. Where nothing was being said usually the drivers talk but this driver was plain out rude and nasty toward **** think she might have been the one from valley ** for her bad unfriendly attitude. When she called and told me off calling me at 7:00 am in the morning even though my appointment was in the afternoon.Then I believed she also called the xray department at ******** hospital because I was having to wait longer and everyone was else was being called ahead of me.Then the guy look at me and it's a smirk saying I got you. Then today I asked her who I needed to call. She pointed at herself.Then when my appointment was over. I called her then she told me she went on another call. She had abandoned me which modivcare was in cahoots with elder care transportation to abandoned me. I was done dirty. Then the driver told them that she didn't feel very comfortable driving us even though I told the woman that I recorded the entire ride. She just laughed at me so unprofessional.My insurance pays them to get me to and from my doctors appointments not to try and get even with me. Because I refuse to ride with this one company who made me late for my one appointment.They all need to be fired for how I was treated. I have it recorded on my drive way cam how she acted also.

      I have been trying to get a ride to my specialist 4 different times within this year and last. I even call a month in advance and then a day before even after they tell me they have a ride they cancelled it. I have made complaints and tried to tell them these appointments are hard to get and I have no one to take me hence me asking for a ride. What is the point of having a business to take people to a medical appointment when they can't even take them then cancel the day before which makes it even harder to find a ride
