    Done gas reimbursement with the company and been missing checks have called and email supervisors and have gotten the run around also fails at setting at getting drivers for my trips and i find out at the last minute have had that happen several times called today and they did it with a trip ??

    12/06/22 company didn't have transportation to pick up my aunt *****************************. Pick up time was 8:59 am I confirm pick-up yesterday. No one called to advise of the pick up which caused my aunt to miss her appointment today. This has happened before and nothing has changed.

    Southeasterntrans is an organization that pays gas reeinberstment for medical appointments among other things. I was getting payed for these up until, June 25 2022 I have provided all the necessary paperwork and have copies of all of this. I also have called as well repeatedly. I have not received a call back, and my bills are faltering because of this. Any assistance you could help with would be much appreciated. Thank you

    Southeastrans services the facility *********************. Although transportation is scheduled in advance Southeastrans consistently fails to pick up patients on the scheduled date and time stating there is "no provider" available to pick them up and notifies the facility at the last minute just before the patient's appointment leaving patients and family members to scramble to figure out what to do. This has happened to my mom more than once. Her last appointment was for clearance for surgery which the surgery will now have to be cancelled since she missed this appointment. The nursing staff at the facility stated that this is a problem for many of the residents and although they have complained to Southeastrans, this level of incompetence continues. It affects the wellbeing for of these patients to repeatedly miss appointments with their Drs due to this very poorly run company. This is an ongoing problem with this company who has complaints/poor reviews on BBB and *******

    I had contacted my insurance for a approval to submit a claim for fuel reimbursement since the trip was over 200 miles. They approved it. The trip was February 21, 2022. So that approval goes to Southeastrans to be submitted for reimbursement payment after trip is finished. The issue lies here as they sent the form to my doctors office which is in ********** at a different location that where my appointment or surgical procedure was at. It was at the *************************. I informed them of this as well. I waited for the form to cone to me in the mail since that's how they have done it since covid and they have mailed them to me before to sign. I hadn't received anything so I contacted them and they informed me the claim had been denied due to no signature from me or my driver. I can't sign something I didn't get or don't have access to. She stated she would resubmit it and send me the form to sign. I never received it. I contacted Southeastrans again and ou t was stated they were requesting the form to be mailed to me again and yet it's been well over a week and I still have not heard anything or received anything by mail. If this is the practice they enacted to help members to sign and get their reimbursement they need to follow through. It is simply not fair for this to happen this way. I usually only apply for or usereimbursement for this particular trip since it is 228 miles to *************************. I receive my treatment for Crohns disease there. I have contacted my insurance about the issue and haven't received a response yet. I have also filed a complaint with Southeastrans as well and have not heard anything from them. I have been trying off and on for months to get this fixed. I mean of not to allow this to happen again on the future. I'd just like to get this straightened out.

    On may 26th *********************** off at **************** hospital for a scheduled eye surgery. Transit was supposed to pick me up the same day, but never showed up. Because they didn't show up, I had to call for an Uber. The Uber was not able to load/haul my power wheelchair to my apartment. So I had to leave my chair at the hospital. I have no way to go get it. I've called transit many times trying to get a ride to pick it up, but they will not help me get my chair home.

    I am missing two payments from southeastrans i have been trying to call concerning these missed payments and have yet to get in touch with management and i am no where close to get the issue resolved this us beyond frustrating and definitely not the first time they have not tried to paid or cut the payment amount i just want the payments from the two appointments u have yet to be paid at the correct amount to be paid i also want management to call so this issue never happens again in the future
