    Date of the transaction January 9, 2024 The amount of money you paid the business *****. It's been more over the years What was the agreement/arrangement Under the mechanic's watch (Truman ****** Wright) my 1980 Cadallic was vandalized, destroyed and totaled out. The agreement was that he was going to replace it with a 1978 Monte ****** I provided money for parts to the building of the car What's the nature of the dispute is The mechanic not finishing the job. The mechanic stated that my car is at a impound facility in ***** and that he was suppose to go and get it, bring it to ******* where we are located, look over it and sign the car over to me via Title and or bill of sale and the deal would be done. The issue is that the Truman ****** Wright said this on January 9, 2024. He keeps making excuses on why he hasn't gone to get the car from a various mixture of Personal excuses. He ask for my time which I have given but he comes up with other excuses on why he hasn't gone and get my car. I've called and text which he purposely ignores Whether or not the business has tried to resolve to problem The Mechanic has not. He has stated a whole bunch of promises but no results. The problem is the mechanic keeps saying he is going to go and get the car but never does it. He just talks but no action If the issue involves advertising, when and where the add was seen or heard No advertising

    Had my *********** classic car delivered to him November 2022 needing a motor and Truman aka **** promised a 60 day completion date which has come and gone with several other promised dates and we still haven't gotten car not to mention we asked him not to have the car outside due to the immaculate condition of car and he did just that has had car sitting outside we told him we just want to pick car up and he's refusing after collecting money allowing car to obtain damages from being in the elements. I wouldn't suggest anyone to ever deal with him he's trash as a business man but I can't say we weren't warned before dealing with him most definitely will be taking him to court if he doesn't release our car asap last payment of 4K was paid in cash he drove to our house to pick up with yet another promised date he's full of excuses and lies...

    I purchased, what was supposed to be 2 new catalytic converters in August 2021. They came with a two year warranty on parts. I was just tol, in November 2022, that that my check engine light was on due to bad catalytic converters and they needed to be replaced. I called Truman, the mechanic who did the job, and he told me he would need to remove the parts to take them back where he got them from to exercise the warranty. I asked for the name of the place, as I do not want him doing any more work on car, in both writing *** over the phone. He has refused to provide me with the information needed in order to get replacement parts so I could have a mechanic I trust do the work.
