    Arrogantly misdiagnosed - no accountability for quality of care. Had sinus pain, smelly discolored discharge, and bad headache. Stated "I have a bad sinus infection and need antibiotics". At this location, you don't get a doctor, you get a nurse practitioner. He said "you don't have an infection so I'm not giving you antibiotics". I pushed back with evidence of infection. He still wrote a prescription for steroids and allergy spray. After still not getting any better for 2 days, scheduled appointment with primary doctor who said "you clearly have an infection and this wasn't going to go away easily" then wrote me a prescription for antibiotics; started feeling better after 24 hours.When I reached out to Piedmont, I asked for a refund since not only it was wrong but also because it could have been prevented by just listening and taking the patient seriously. They said they get paid for evaluating patients and giving medical opinions, not for curing them.I get people make mistakes, but this place seems like a profit center first and getting it right is a nice to have. Try a different location or provider.
