    i purchase a car using a ***** from the ********************* for ***. the car i paid for was 2015 ******* ****** with ******* miles. the business sold me the car and the next day the car cut off and went dead. i went back to the dealer and they changed the battery. after that i had the car for about two weeks the car than started to cut off while driving and i parked it and contacted the dealer and told them. they told me to bring it back in and i told them that the car will not make it back to the dealership and ask if they could get it towed. the dealership than stop responding to me. the car is not working and im out 10k with no money or no car. the car cant go far and its has a flashing engine light on

    We have been in constant communication with the customer he purchased the car as is but we are in the process of picking up the vehicle and taking it to a repair shop we are working to get this resolved.

    Brought a Yukon here 05/27/22 customer service skills a 5 I had the car a total of 24 hours the next day the brakes froze up and I was stuck on the side of the road . I purchased the vehicle on a Friday at 4 pm Saturday at 11 am the brakes and rotors froze up. They had the car towed Sunday afternoon. I didnt get the car back until Thursday at 3 pm Thursday at 7pm the car completely cut off and all the lights on the dash board came on. He was suppose to have had his mechanic fix the brake system all the lights are now on the dash board and the car wont start. I text him I was told he would call me in the morning . Moral of story I havent had the car a full 72 hours and problem after problem has occurred. A towel was left behind the driver wheel after I got the vehicle back . I have seven kids and paid them out $11,000 now Im with out a car and no money. The under carriage is completely rusted out. The car definitely has water damage . I didnt even have the vehicle a full 72 hours. 18 hours after having the vehicle the brakes and rotors locked up and I had to use the emergency brake as this is a safety issue.

    We have repaired *********, it was the brakes which we repaired at no cost to the customer and we also reimbursed her for the tow. The customer drove ********* to ***** which she is now.

    I purchased a vehicle from Allrich under the pretense that the mileage presented on the odometer (*******) was the actual mileage of the vehicle. When I asked the mileage, I was told that it was much lower than the actual ******* miles that it was bought for at an auto auction a month prior. When I got the emissions done on it, the odometer read ******* miles with a report showing that the mileage conflicts with the cars history. Now, the company is being uncooperative by saying that because there are no real issues then theres nothing they are really willing to do about it. I tried to trade this car in and in turn found out that the mileage history of it was completely false! The issue, however, is that it was sold to me under a false pretense because had I known the actual mileage then I probably would have never even paid $2,500 into this car so far! I paid $1,500 down and have made $1,000 in payments so far. The fact that this so called business is not even taking responsibility for tampering with the odometer is alarming. He basically explained that it wasnt his fault and that they labeled exempt on the odometer disclosure because they dont know what other people could have changed on the odometer, but they are the ones that bought the vehicle with ******* miles on it before falsely advertising it to me with ******* miles. ***** was no other ownership between the time they bought the vehicle from the auction and from the time it was sold to me, so they are the only ones to have knowingly tampered with it. I am a college student who thought I was making an honest investment, but now I see things for what they are. I would just like for this company to have their vehicle back, no problem at all, in exchange for me to have the money that was practically taken from me in the name of fraud.

     I am in the process of contacting the customer so we can come to a fair resolution....... We did not do anything to the odometer. The car was sold as is and mile were exempt.
