Cars towed December 4, 2023 by Global *** imports. To get out of tow is over 4k I was never contacted nor was the work to the car never got work on.*** 328i 2013 Service team never answered my calls or returned the calls. 2nd car towed after work was halfway done. I was asked when I would be available to come get the car an told them I would come back in a week in a half then come back cars towed. *** 228i 2016. Georgia abandoned vehicle law is a set of rules that regulate the removal, storage, and disposal of abandoned or derelict motor vehicles123. The law requires the person removing or storing such vehicles to notify the ********** of ******* and the owners of the vehicles13. The owners have the right to redeem their vehicles by paying the fees and costs3. The person who abandons a derelict motor vehicle is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine2.

I am rejecting this response because:
My cars were both towed without repair my first vehicle never gotten a repair the *** 328i 2013 and they towed the vehicle without notice at k.O. Towing I have no paperwork stating or mail saying that my car would be towed. My second vehicle was towed without knowing too *** 228i 2016 I want my vehicles back or else we can send them Global imports *** to court

The service advisor ****** never really told the truth I WANT MY CARS OR ELSE IM GOING TO *** YOU GUYS.. *********** should be contacted and my the *** 328i 2013 Never Gotten repaired the advisor *** never picked up the phone in the ******************** I WANT MY CARS

I purchased a used 2020 xt4 cadillac from Global Imports *** dealership in ***, Ga 03-27-2023 while signing all the paperwork for the car ; the finance person named *********************** spoke on a bunch of warranties for the car. I specifically told him that he could put these warranties on my bill as long as I could Cancel them because I was under duress at the time because of problems with financing with my credit union that had system problems at that time and my monies were in jeopardy , which I had been approved for the loan and Mr. *********************** knew that. As I stated , I was under duress and I could not read or understand all of these warranties that he had presented to me at the time. I trusted Mr. *********************** would do what I asked for Only the warranties that I could cancel. Then 04-03-2023 I made an appointment with ******************** and I went back to the dealership to cancel these warranties and then told later this warranty could not be cancelled I then talked to the *** ************************* and he referred me back to Mr. *********************** who did not refund me on this warranty ; which I am still unsure of; the product and/ or service that my money was taken for. The paper says it's a mobile app ? from SPIREON< **** / KAHU that has no phone # or address of this company. Also I found out later the finance person gets a % of deals made. I'm not sure of the contact information to contact this company to ask for my refund of $499.00 + 6% sales tax charged. I never received any type of product or service rendered. Please help me to receive my refund that has been taken from me !Business Response

The service department is horrible ! I brought my vehicle to the Global Imports ****************** and received frequent texts from the service writer, that went well. End of September 2022, I went to Global Imports to check on my vehicle and its status and was told that it was not there, they were unable to locate it... I walked through the parking lot and located it myself in their parking deck. I was then told it was not completed yet, I said "okay" no worries, please text me when it is done. Fast forward to December 2022, received a certified letter from ********* that my vehicle was towed from Global Imports to their lot, due to the vehicle not being picked up. I stated that I did not know that it was completed already..... E-mailed Global Import's General Manager ************************* and as of today I am still waiting for a reply. The repairs totaled $6,390.01 and the worst part is that they did not put the trunk liner back in, the vehicle has new scratches on the front passenger side quarter panel, some services billed for were not completed, radio was not flashed after service completion and prior to it being towed and now it does not work. After emailing some of the management team, I received a call from ***************************, only to hear him berate me and stating that I did not answer a call informing me that my vehicle was ready for pickup and services completed. All communications, with the service department and service writer were done by text.Communication is slim or non exisiting, upper management will not return emails and calls and please spare me the response to this review "to call and resolve this", the opportunity was provided but not taken. Shame on Global Imports, worst service expierence I have ever experienced. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !Business Response
