    I purchased a 2013 ******* Accent in December I pay 150 a week for the car the cars check engine light came on exactly 30 days after purchase I called and let them know and they me bring the car and leave it to be worked on.. I was 6 months pregnant at the time and only had the one car Ive spent over 1200$ on parts labor and the light is still on meaning it is failing emissions I still have pay my note even though they havent fixed the car or giving me any response on how I will get around without it i asked for an upgrade or different car due to me still being in warranty and I was denied because my loan is new which dont make sense and if I dont pay it they threaten to shut it off or repossession I purchase the car at ****** Ive spent over ***** in note why do I still owe 11k in note ?

    I purchased a 2008 ****** Versa, black, vin *****************: from ******************************** located on ******************************************* on . I financed the vehicle with their inhouse financing company Century Credit Acceptance located on **************************************************************************** for $11,000 with payments of $486 monthly. I purchased the vehicle with ******* miles and paid a $700 down payment. On this day I was issued a temporary tag, E5032482, with an expiration date on September 2, 2024. I was pulled over by the police and they informed me that they could not find any information in their system relating me to this vehicle. I went to the ********** to get my permanent tag and I was informed that I was sold a car without a title, there was no paperwork in the system relating me and this vehicle, that on August 5, *********************************** the name on ****** ***** and the last previous owner was *******. The also informed me that my temporary tag number did not exist. I contacted the licensing and title department at Master Cars to let them know the situation. He assured me that everything was fine, the vehicle was in my name, the *** system had been down and that's why the paper work had not yet processed. I told him I did not feel comfortable making a payment on a vehicle that's essentially not mines and he threatened to repossess the car if I didn't. He issued me a vehicle registration extension, however, I was unable to extend the registration because the tag office said the intial registration never existed nor did my ownership to the vehicle. I have paid a total of $3100 on repairs, maintenance, car notes, and insurance while I've had the car. I would like for this loan to be paid in full by the company, I would like to keep the car, and I would like a personal check of the money that was spent. I purchased the car with extenuating circumstances. Please refer to attached statement for details.

    I entered this business to purchase a vehicle. The business ran my credit and came back with $1200 and when I stated no Im not paying he stated he would sell the ****** Sentra to me with $500 down for a day and a half. Then when it came time to sign the documents the down payment changed. Back to $1200 and there was another customer complaining about the switchroo with down payment numbers as well. That is fraud that they are committing there.

Now Im with a car to earn a living with due their incompetence, and deceit practices.. I want refund from the fraudulent insurance company that they sold me on as well.

    The company is 85 down Credit Acceptance! I purchased a vehicle and it has had water pouring in the vehicle since I purchased it, theres mold mildew, and now the car does not pass emission and I got an extension from the tag office till March cuz it failed. I have purchased spark plugs, fuel injector. Coil plugs and the car still would not pass. I took it to another mechanic and they told me the engine was going out to take it back to where I purchase it from. I am in warranty and I have not got my contract for the vehicle after asking multiple times since I purchased it I have witness to prove everything!I pay $150 every week for a 2010 **** escape and I purchased it at ****** and I still owe 13+ thousand and its been almost a year I also went to take the car back to be serviced before now, and they are harassing me every day about making a payment, and the car has been in their possession for almost 2 weeks. I am having to rent a vehicle and pay almost 500 a week speaking to, the mechanics they have made it clear this is what they do sell people vehicles that is on his way out. Stick them with Lo and then you have to go back-and-forth with them on understanding your legal obligations because they didnt send you your contract

You are correct about having a engine and transmission warranty on the **** escape you bought from us. Sorry that you think we sold you this vehicle that would need an Engine 17k miles after you bought it, but we try to check everything with our ability to make sure these vehicles are sound and pass emissions before selling them. Unfortunately the sunroof is out of our warranty coverage, but I can assure you that our service department will take all necessary actions to avoid/limit this repair expense to you. Your finance contract along with other documents you have signed are all emailed to you within a few seconds after you finished signing them at the time of your vehicle purchase. You can visit/contact our Sales office and we will be able to get you another copy at no cost.

    I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: ******** I am rejecting this response because: Once I picked up my vehicle, I was not provided any type of documentation until I was adamant about getting the proper documents to prove and show the work that was done on my vehicle. My car was told it was gonna be ready within two weeks and once it was time to go pick up my car and I made plans to return the rental vehicle. I was told that the car was not ready because after putting the motor in the car the car was smoking and there is a possibility something else is majorly wrong and I call every day to find out. What could it possibly be? Thats when I was told that oh it was something with a hose That was not properly attached to the motor which was causing the car to smoke and for the check engine light to still be on that again took almost another week and at that time I was told the car was driven to make sure the car was running properly and that it was going to be took to get the emission due to all the inconvenience since it was tested and it was failed. I was then advised after picking up my vehicle and being handled in professional basically talked to extremely nasty by the general manager. Sinh he was very unprofessional. He had his child actually there at the Work Force, running around, seem, as if like he was all over the place, and when I asked him about what work was done on my vehicle, he could not provide me with the details he told me that he didnt know and that he saw my comment with the Bbb so if I want paperwork I will have to get this documentation with the sales department and told him that I was advising my car was ready then he stated I would have to wait .I have my two small children out here. I had already been waiting and he advised me that he had to deal with his paperwork and that I hadnt paid for deductible which It was handled due to the inconvenience I was told by Mes ****** that she was going to spread it out the deductible through my payments strictly because I still had to make car payments on top of renting a vehicle for almost 3 weeks grand total of almost $1300 for the rental vehicle plus my weekly payment of $150. I feel like for what thats ******** to make a person have to pay for their car note when theyre not able to operate the vehicle nor is the vehicle in my possession and you say its only gonna take A week or so.,so when that didnt take place and they became more issues not on my end but issues on their end I shouldnt be held accountable for those issues. I complain about the sunroof from the time I purchased the vehicle I went over for multiple service appointments and nobody was even at the location. The place hadnt even opened up yet and me being a chef and tedious is hard for me to take off of work and keep coming to an establishment when Im on a time schedule of what my appointment says and what time I have to be to work so if I get there at 8 oclock and nobody shows up at 8:30 we are already behind I was advised that this vehicle should have been traded out and put me into a better vehicle due to all the issues and the problems thats going on with the ca r. I was also advised that the sales department said no were going to fix it it was more of a back-and-forth with the mechanics, the service service department, and the sales department of not really wanting to do the right thing by me knowing that this vehicle has major issues and regardless the car should not have motor issue or have to have a motor replaced within seven months it hasnt been a year and I have not driven ****** miles , I have requested for a copy of the mileage when I brought the vehicle in because that was documented in order to determine if I was into warranty, I have yet to receive the documentation at this point I am having to seek legal advice and legal help to rectify the situation because Im not satisfied the car broke down three days after I got the car back the car never was just shutting off the car never was stalling out but on my way home from work literally making a turn the car completely went off to where I could not control the vehicle I couldve been on the highway and a 18 ******* couldve been coming to hit me or I couldve had my three-year-old on my one-year-old in the vehicle, and somebody couldve rammed in the back of a back of me, so I feel like my life was definitely in danger. Of course theyre not open on the weekend so I had to wait till Sunday and get the car to my home so that the car wouldnt be or you know nothing happened to the car so that I can deal with them Monday morning. Answer address the situation about the contract. I did not receive my contract days later and never made it to my email. The gentleman who actually sold me the car was fire. They know this I reached out to **** in the office multiple times to let him know you know I have not received my contract o Tubi in the office multiple times to let him know you know I have not received my contract yet. He assured me that he was going to get it over to me that it was a different department. Im not sure the disconnect of the different department that was going on but it was never sent. I had to have my mom step in because I wanted to see my warranty. I wanted to see what was covered and what options I had as a customer so that I can move forward and get the help that I need for this vehicle. I literally received my contract may be a few weeks before I had the major issues with the motor so for anyone to insinuate that it was supposed to happen and it didnt happen. Its been a lot of chaos inside of the office strictly because of the fact that the person who sold me the car was fired for whatever reason that had nothing to do with me as a customer coming in also book an appointment, nobody is actually there to come in and service the vehicle or even open up the establishment, so I am at a point where I feel like the proper thing to do is either give me a better car or refund me my money because I feel like no matter what you do to this car moving forward as the mechanics and the service team that yall are piecing it together so it can it can stand on one leg for a little bit of time and then its back to breaking completely down and I feel like thats how these cars a lot of these car dealership. Do they give sell you a car and then within a couple months, the car breaking down then now its all your fault , multiple witnesses that have been here throughout this. Very stressful very disturbing situation and now here I am again with no vehicle. I will be contacting Legal Aid and seeking help and file a claim. 

    The pictures attached shows excessive water in my car also condensation all over my windows on the inside puddles after advised by Mrs ****** my car was dry and advised by ***** my car was cleaned as a courtesy and my sunrooof was fixed because the hose was clogged! None of this was accurate my car did get cleaned but it was saturated with water I was placed on hold to assure the car wa dry and ready and of course the car smelled like complete mold and visible mildew another safety hazard!

    I recently discovered an unauthorized inquiry on my credit report dated [Jun. 07, 2022]. I did not give consent for this inquiry and have no prior dealings with the business in question.     On July 20, 2023, I went shopping for an affordable, quality vehicle from MasterCars. I'm extremely unhappy, irritated and upset with the way they do business. I was sold a lemon, but because I signed the contract (out of desperation for a vehicle), I cannot pursue the company legally (Arbitration Agreement). During the test drive, I noticed that the Drive Indicator light on the dashboard of my 2013 Mazda3 flickering. The Salesman that rode with me lied and said it was doing that because of the shifter k*** and be careful not to touch it while driving. After researching this (after purchase), I found out that the flickering was just a small part of the issue. The dealership sold me a car with a failing *** with grey transmission fluid. I called the ****************** mid-August to report the issue and get resolution but according to one Representative in that department at that time (she no longer works for the company), that I could bring my car to the ****************** and they would fix the issue with me not having to pay anything. I get to the ****************** only to be told by the Service Manager that without some yellow service slip from the ****************** I would need to pay the Diagnosis and Deductible fees. On top of that, I received a mis-diagnosis for the *** issue. They claimed it was a bad sensor and my transmission fluid needed to be changed. It's the *** though that is bad. Also, I noticed a long cut/gash on the Serpentine belt after purchasing, which needs to be replaced. I'm not seeking money, but I just want to see some ***************** accountibility and help when in tough situations. Currently, as of 9/6/2023, I only have $225 in my account and need $75 in order to make my payment. The MasterCars *************** disabled my vehicle remotely this morning for being late on a payment 1 day. What I want to see happen here is the dealership reach out to me today, adjust my payment due today to $225 for the inconveniences and re-enable my car.

    I just can't believe that the **************************** can't diagnose bad ***s. When I got my car, the process was so long and I was tired from working the night before so I was in the mindset of hurrying up and getting something so I could get home and get rest. I totally understand that I am in a very complex and strategically written contract with CCA, but the fact that I have a car that started exhibiting signs of the bad *** the same day of getting the car constitutes Mastercars sold me a Lemon. According to Georgia law, I believe it maybe illegal to sell lemons, but I don't care about that right now. My interest is seeing if you will do anything to make this right for me.

    See, I am knowledgeable about cars too so when your Service Team Manager said they diagnosed the problem as a bad sensor and dirty transmission fluid, I knew they did not do enough to really diagnose and find the real problem. The Check Engine Light code may show or read a transmission sensor is bad, but it's the entire ***. You have to really get the engine hot and going to experience the *** going in and out, plus because of where it is located in the engine bay, it's hard for it to get good airflow and overtime, the heat buildup causes it to flicker on and off as if its short circuiting. *FYI: *********** Team was partially right though...the transmission fluid did need changing.*

    You still have an opportunity to make this right for me as a loyal customer. Dirty business will never prosper. I want to send others to you for business but if you're going to sell people sketchy cars with unprofessional/under-trained mechanics preparing them for sale, you may want to evaluate yourself as a dealership. Please explore your options and see what you can do for me. Please get back to me as soon as you can.

    On June 5th I went to MasterCars to make my pick up payment for the ****** Yaris 09 as agreed upon with the company but on June 6th my car was shut off remotely by MasterCars for none payment they stated to me and I personally went to their facility the day before and paid them. It is on record that I use my vehicle for work and with them turning off my car for none payment I missed money that was needed to provide for my family. Secondly my car needed mechanical repairs with me just getting it less than a month and the repairs were brakes, tires, AC repair as will as engine repair in which again I had to spend a whole day at their shop again missing money and they still demanded payment which I still am paying on time and the car is still not fixed properly. Farther more that was a breach of contract since I actually did pay what was owed and they had no right to shut off my vehicle before even reaching out to confirm if I paid or not. It was because of their lack of communication amongst their company employees that my family and I had to suffer. I have been calling to speak with the owner name **** who has refused my calls still to this very day I am filing the complaint and I was treated poorly by his employee name ******* solely because I am a woman and I have tried to speak to **** regarding that as well as I dont feel comfortable going to the facility with his hostile behavior. I am paying over $600 dollars a month for a 2009 small car that has many repair issues and a company that takes no accountability for anything and I am Demanding a resolution that doesnt just benefit the company as it is my family and I that is on the losing end when dealing with Mastercars. I would also like to note I was not aware they can cut my car off remotely at their pleasure which is VERY dangerous for anyone and especially for my home as my husband has severe asthma and could need to seek medical treatment at anytime.

    The finance manager will not let me make my payment online she took all my information out of the system and that will cause me to lose my car it first started when my car got impounded because my car had got stolen and the police found my car they went and picked the car up before I did is she saying that I had to make that payment also with my car payment that is not in my contract I stated that I could still make that payment online so I won't lose my car and pay that separately I also ask her to email me a receipt showing me how much they paid to get my car out of impound she did not send me any information so why would I pay something without any proof also when I go up there the owner is not there and she refused to take my payment so I don't know what to do at this point her number is **********

    My husband gets disability and was approved for a car. We were being helped by 3 different people and he explained to both the women that the ****** that day on September 28 was from his October social security and he would not get paid again until October 30th. They both told him that was fine. Went back to the salesman office alone, talked to him a few minutes, and returned. We sat there for 43 minutes while they each looked for the keys, finally found them. Liked the car and after almost 3 hours wait time, he had the contract set at ****** per month. He signed it and we left. On the 3rd of October they locked our car because they wanted a payment. He did not have it. We called 4 different people and finally the salesman called and told us ok, but even if you did tell one of us you wouldn't get paid until October 30th, my company would have never allowed me to carry your 1st payment until the 1st of November. And said if the contract said October 1st then you owe for that. He plainly admitted that they told ***** they understand his monthly payment and didn't explain anything being incapable of the payment starting in Nov. I know he should have look and read every single line but he took the down payment before making ***** sit and do an hour long verbal computer skit of the contract. ***** is permanently disabled with his L1, L2, L3, AND L4 all degenerative and needing surgery. He had already been standing for over 2 hours and was just too tired and in pain to cover every small detail on that computer. He told them 2 times to make sure they understand his payment from SS and they said ok. While we were waiting our turn to sign the contract, **** started talking about how she was so busy and we were there so late that she was going home and getting her sleeping pills that were ambien and coming back to finish up with us since she was originally the one who text and called to sale the car. ***** told her to be careful driving with taking those and she said she was

    I brought a car from this place 30 days ago an Im having so much problems with its keep shutting off an not start I called the company a couple times an told them about my problem they so unprofessional an basically saying theres nothing they can do but except me to make payments every two weeks on a car that they sold me thats is messed up I cant get back in forth to work because of my car or take my daughter to her docs appointments..
