      On 05/19/2024 10:04:46 and again at 11:24:11, I purchased 2 sets of - BOGO: BUY ONE 100-PACK OF **** AMERICAN FLAG FOREVER STAMPS, GET ONE FREE at $68 each, my credit card was debited immediately and a notification was sent for the order received. The next day, 5/20/2024; I received a shipping notification stating that a label was created and a tracking number - **** tracking #: 9400111206239928191017.As of 6/7/2024, I have made multiple attempts to rectify the issue seeing as my orders have gone beyond the 10 business days to yet be received. Order numbers:********* - $68.00 ********* -$68.00 I have filed multiple disputes through **** for missing package, through to IncentRev and SweetDeals. After not receiving responses in my filed claims, I decided to check BBB and to my dismay, many others have noted on BBB the same file complaint for the purchase of the same product!I have asked for a refund multiple times, noted below from SweetDeals (IncentRev):6/7/2024 9:37am EST, ticket #:395639 for order numbers: ********* and ********* 6/11/2024 1:11pm EST; ticket #:396048 for order number: ********* 6/11/2024 1:00pm EST; ticket# ****** for ********* I want a refund for product ordered and never received credited back to my original payment in the amount of $68 for each order ********* and *********, equaling a refund total of $136.00!I have placed a dispute with my credit card company for merchandise not received!

      On 5/3 this company listed a deal to get 1/2 off admission to a local animal park. I attempted to get this deal but when I tried to process the payment it said I was blocked, so I tried a different browser on my phone and was blocked again. I then get on my computer and attempt to purchase on that thinking that using my phone was the issue. It wasnt. I then noticed a few days later that I had 4 charges of $47.90 each. They were processing at that point - I figured that would fall off since the transaction did not go through. I was wrong and the payments have been posted for a month now. I did reach out to the company and after 10 days they told me to wait as they were probably still processing and not posted but that they saw no transactions on my account. I waited a few more days and responded to them letting them know that the charges were still in fact on my account and I provided them when additional information they requested. I have yet to hear back from the company and it has been almost 2 weeks.

      We verify our vendors and weve sold thousands of the stamps without any issue. They are not counterfeit.
      The stamps are a couple of years old which may diminish the color, but they are not counterfeit nor is it illegal to resale them.
      They are older forever stamps that can legally be resold for any value.
       
      We have gone ahead and refunded your order of Stamps in good faith.

      I ordered stamps from Sweet Deals on 5/3/24. I have yet to receive them. I emailed them this morning (5/28). Ive received 5 canned responses saying the exact same thing. I want a refund. This is not the way to do business. Extremely disappointed as I hear them advertised on the radio a lot.

      On 4-20-24 I was charged ***** for no apparent reason. I did not purchase anything from sweet deals but was just charged for no reason. 11 days later I was credited the money back. Now on 5-11-24 I was charged again and I haven't even been on their site. I have purchased in the past but not within the last 3 months. I tried to contact sweet deals but there is no phone number to contact them. I filed with them but have gotten no response as to why they are randomly taking money from my bank.

      On April 28, 2024, I placed an order (#*********) with SweetDeals/Incentrev for a BOGO of 100 US Postage stamps (2 rolls of 100stamps) and the funds were deducted from my bank account that day ($76.50). They were supposed to be delivered within 7-10 days and I gave them ample time before contacting them through a support email. After 10 days they responded with a tracking number and told me to wait another 15-30days! I would like a refund please!

      On May 3 I purchased stamps from *********************** LLC through sweetdeals.com.I get emails from the website as I was signed up through a local radio station. The site is affiliated with Cumulous Media (I believe).I have periodically received emails adverting half priced stamps. At first, I thought it was too good to be true. After months (perhaps years) of periodic advertisements, I thought that if is was a scam or too good to be true someone (BBB or ***** would have stopped the scam. Apparently not.So I purchased the stamps (200 for the price of 100). My credit card has been charged and the balance paid. I have a tracking number but the package has not been shipped (the package has supposedly been waiting for **** acceptance for 2 weeks).After my purchase, I brought it up with a family member. Their response was "I read that all discounted stamps are fraudulent." Upon contacting ****, their response was the same. Any discounted stamps are fraudulent.Please protect consumers and have sweet deals.com stop allowing fraudulent stamps to be sold on their website. If this has been done already, I would not have made my purchase.

      On March 15th, I purchased 2 discounted gift certificate vouchers to *****************************. The charge showed on my account as pending, then dropped off a few days later. I DID receive the vouchers within the time period promised, however, it's almost a month later and I've still not been charged for them. I understand it's unusual to complain for NOT being charged, but I'm afraid I'll forget and the charge will come randomly at another time once the mistake is realized.I followed the "Contact Us" link on their site, and completed the inquiry form on the IncentRev site. A few days later on March 29th, I was sent the response template for someone complaining about not receiving their certificates and what the process would be for that. I emailed back again stating I DID receive my certificates but have not been charged. No response. I emailed again yesterday, April 8th, and still no response.
