  Excellent experience. I just bought my second watch from ***** and by far the most expensive watch I have ever bought online. Each transaction was quick and efficient. Received each watch next day overnight shipping, well packaged, in perfect condition. I would not it hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely purchase from them again. ******************

  Please avoid these guys!! They made me an offer on my Rolex Yachtmaster at the end of 2022. After going through the process to send they held it for weeks with no communications until I finally reached out. Long story short they told me my 2.5 year old watch wasnt performing mechanically (one employee said they stopped paying out cash). When they sent the watch back they didnt include the operators manual. I reached out several times (calls/emails). I talked to 1 person and they said they needed to review the video of the unboxing to prove I sent it. Theyve ignored me since. Sketchy company and employees. Save yourself the headache.

  Horrible customer service!! Bought a $5k watch almost 2 weeks ago. Showed up with all sorts of wear/damage not listed in the watches description. C&C won't answer the phone, return my phone message, or respond to my email. Never again, do not buy from them!! Total BS!

  I have purchased multiple watches from Crown & Caliber over several years. Each purchase was processed and received in a timely manner. The watches were as described on their site. They are all mechanical movements that look great, work well and were a good value. I have no problems or complaints. My latest purchase was March 2023. I recommend Crown & Caliber.   Unbelievably long wait times to get paid for a watch they purchased from me. Its 2023 and they only mail checks via snail mail. Every other reputable dealer Ive ever dealt with uses wire transfers. Nobody answers the phone and email responses take days. Their Spam email department is clearly up and running though, as I receive at least 20 junk email from them every day.

  I sent a watch in to be sold, it has been over a month and a half and I still have not received payment, I keep on getting the run around, and no one picks up the phone there, I will be filing a suit if the money or watch is not returned to me

  terrible company and customer service I sent my watch in for a repair for the second time and they flatly refused to honour the warranty I will NEVER doe business with them again Buyer be ware JUST HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH NO STARS

  Thank you for expressing your concerns here. As we communicated with you, our certified watchmakers were able to easily determine that water had entered the watch at the crown and stem - unfortunately, our warranty does not cover an damage caused by "(h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control." We are terribly sorry to hear that you have been displeased with the service offered to you on this purchase and rejected warranty claim. We can certainly understand your frustrations but we must stand behind the policies that we have clearly communicated regarding our warranty coverage. Thanks again for expressing your concerns.

  I have a very nice and recently serviced Omega Planet Ocean watch with 2 bands, original papers, box and recent service card from Omega. I reached out to C&C and they agreed to give me a sum for it, which I wasn't exactly thrilled about, but needed a quick sale. After I finally decided to send in the watch I received an email a few weeks later indicating that the watch was rejected. I asked why and was told that it was not "up to standard". I then sent them the info of the recent factory service. They still rejected the watch. This was evidently due to them having more inventory than they wanted and decided to change their minds. They were then supposed to verify where I wanted the watch sent back to so it could be signed for. This was not done and the watch was sent to an address where it could not be signed for. After hours on the phone with ****** the watch was finally tracked down at a holding facility 90 miles from my home. By the time the watch was found it was then being sent back to C&C. I reached out to C&C and have received no response. So now, 5 weeks in, I have neither my watch nor the money I was originally promised for the watch. C&C has not offered to make the situation right and as of today I do not know where my Omega Planet Ocean watch is.

  We certainly appreciate the patience on this watch return. While our team did ask for verification on the return mailing address we did confirm that we were returning the watch to the address on file (which was provided to us by the client), the watch was ultimately returned back to us. After obtaining an updated address, we were able to get the watch shipped to your preferred address and the watch was successfully delivered on 1/25/2023 at 2:19 PM. We do stand by the inspections provided by our team of Swiss-certified watchmakers. While both parties can decline to proceed with the process of buying/selling a watch for any reason, we always want to be transparent in providing our clients with more details regarding why we may decline to purchase. We certainly understand how this can be surprising to clients after our inspection and we appreciate you taking the time to express your frustrations.   Sellers Beware! Crown and Caliber is a totally untrustworthy company; they do not stand by their prices and they will waste your time. Expect them to give you a price and then change it once you submit your watch. They did this to me twice! The first time they said my Patek needed repairs and returned my watch. The second time, after repairs were done by *****, they renewed their offer for the watch, then returned it yet again because of a small scratch on the watch---a scratch that they saw in photos AND when they inspected the watch the first time I sent it to them. They suggested I sell the watch to one of their employees for half the price they offered me! When I wrote to ******** ******, the company president, he did not even respond. Bottom line: Crown and Caliber has no integrity and doesn't care if we see them for the scammers they are.

  I accepted their final acceptance of $2,500 for my Breitling watch on 11/22/22. I still have yet to receive my check. I called today, they said they needed to speak to accounting and theyd email me back. Never got that email on where my check is but got another email (duplicate) saying I accepted their final acceptance of $2,500 for my breitling watch. I ALREADY DID THIS ON 11/22/22 AND GOT THE SAME EMAIL. Total scam !!
