    I've been following the owner *************************************** of Ancient Water Restoration on Clubhouse for almost 2 yrs. He portrays himself as a Doctor. Says he's a Scientist that uses award winning **** ******************* for his filters. His website appears legit. He uses the **** logo, has pictures of his water filteration system, even has videos of the water facility on his social media accounts that appeared legit. I trusted him and purchased a whole house water filtration system for $520 on 2/11/24 however, I was never provided tracking info nor was the water filter sytem delivered. He refuses to refund my money and is now ignoring all my calls. After my purchase, I found that his business license is revoked on GA Secretary of State. He sent me an email me on 2/13/24 - from the following email address ************************************************************************* My first complaint was returned because BBB could not contact him via email please send this complaint to ************************************************************************* He continues to operate this business fraudulently and continues to scam people.     I purchased a while house water filter for $3000 and it was never delivered. I told *************************** to provide the full refund and he refuse to do so or deliver the product.

    I dealt with ********************* who I considered a trusted friend. She recommended a water filtration system and had me do a wire transfer to a **** of America account. After two requests for a receipt she finally provided one 11 days after my payment. I also had to request the shipping information but what was provided turned out to be fraudulent according to the post office. Multiple excuses continued after repeated attempts to track the package that continued to say not shipped . ***** then claimed that the package was returned. When I asked her for the new shipping label she claimed she was sick even though she had already informed me that she was not the person doing the shipping. The owner, *********************** was supposedly handling the order. I have called twice and the second time left a message that I am no longer interested in the product. Please refund my money. I have reported this to my bank and to the two organizations that ***** and I are both members of. ***************** number is ************ and ***************** is ************.

    *********************** *** sells Federal Contracting Workshops and water purification systems. I purchased his Federal Contracting Workshop on 3/3/2020 for $700. Subsequently, I purchased a water purification system for $210 on 4/8/2022. It looks like *********************** *** is unwilling to hold the Federal Contracting Workshop and ship the water filtration system. He originally scheduled the Federal Contracting Workshop for 4/8/2022 at 11:30AM EST. On 4/8/2022 at 8AM, he sent an email rescheduling the Federal Contracting Workshop to 4/22/2022. Since then, he has not communicated about the Federal Contracting Workshop. He is unable to supply a tracking number for the water filtration system after I asked.He is refusing to refund the payments.During the last conversation with him on 4/25/2022, he incorrectly alleged that I am domiciled in ************** (my card's billing address). He expressed concern that I requested the water filter to be shipped to a virtual office address in ********, ** (shipping address). Meanwhile in actual fact, I am presently living in ********, ** and running a business here.I do not know the fears *********************** *** might hold concerning me as a customer. It looks like he does not trust me as a customer for whatever subjective, metaphysical reason(s) or judgment call(s) he has made. It is unacceptable to refuse to provide the product and service as well as keep the payment.
