Maintenance is the primary issue with this apartment complex. My family has been here for approximately * years, and there are some things that have not been fixed since we moved in. The carpet was not cleaned when we moved in. The carpet is coming up. The A/C filter hasn't been changed in 3 years. We often have to turn off the water to keep the sinks from leaking or dripping water nonstop. Put in a work order for the ice maker to be fixed two years ago, and it is still not working. There is a disgusting amount of mold in the shower due to the molding not being done correctly. There are huge holes in the window screens, which means we have to constantly run the A/C to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature. Also, the pool and sauna are "amenities"; however, they have not been operational in almost two years. During the warm months, there is an outrageous amount of fruit flies that plague the apartments, which is a common problem for all tenants. Lastly, I get tired of calling the "emergency line" and it takes hours for anything to be done....sometimes it takes days. I don't understand how they want more rent money if the units are literally falling to pieces. Ridiculous!
