6/1/2023 is when the transaction occurred, i paid for a clutch kit that was suppose to be 1000 labor and parts and it was told to me that it was going to be completed and fixed yet come to find out my clutch was not bled or shemmed and in fact not the correct clutch for my vehicle as promised. i contacted the owner and the business a total of 19 times, in hope to correct the issue but i was told that the work load was extensive and that there was nothing wrong with my clutch. due to the clutch not working properly i have had to continuously replace several parts repeatedly due to this issue not being properly corrected. i recently contacted the business owner about replacement of the clutch that was under warranty and was verbally attacked extensively as i asked about getting my car towed back to his shop, and he ended the call abruptly swearing and telling me he didnt care what condition my car was in and said he will not fix my car and to sue him if i didnt like it. i could have been seriously injured due to his negligence and inability to fix my clutch correctly. i have financially invested countless obligations replacing parts tows and traveling arrangements and even lost a job due to that fact that i wasnt able to make it on time .

Our vehicle was towed to Keep it Rolling Automotive on ****/23 for diagnostic and repair services. Customer was instructed the fuel pump and fuel module needed to be replaced from diagnostic report. Customer already bought parts and quoted amount was a little more than $1800. Module originally ordered wasn't compatible so business ordered one taking price to $2000. Part of the work was done but business couldn't program Module resulting in company towing car to dealer. Car is still not working but autoshop want to be paid the $2000. When Keep it Rolling Automotive gave customer copy of diagnosis after car was towed, the report only mention fuel module, not fuel pump. If report stated module, why replace fuel pump and charge customer? If module isn't programmable, why charge customer?
