I signed up my mother-in-law for Chiropractic sessions on 8/13/2021 and choose 10 visit package with the guidance from the staff on duty since my mother-in-law was visiting the ***. Unfortunately, the system keep charging my credit card after her last visit on 2/13/2022. Since, I pay my cards on a fixed time monthly, has a debit card; this hidden charge was missed and continued until 4/13/2024 . I have perused this issue over and over with Joint - Washington Crossing with no amicable resolution, except a refund for 2024 (1/13 to 4/13). Hence, I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized charges to my credit card from 2/13/2022 to 4/13/2024, to resolve this issue, completely. ****. I was refunded this year's charges ( 69 x 4 for Jan, Feb, March, April) and was told I have to wait for the owner to make future decisions. B. She received no service after 1/13/2022 but was charged until 4/13/2024

See attachment. Patient ****** ******** signed wellness agreement on 8/13/2022 authorizing credit card charges of $69 monthly. On 5/8/2024 she contacted us and let us know that she needed to cancel because she had **** *** ** *** ******* for the last two years. See authorization and cancellation below. As a courtesy, we did refund 4 months (including 4/13/2024) charges. Her membership has been cancelled per the agreement. No further chargebacks or refunds should be allowed.

The Joint staff assured me that it was 10 session package I sign up for my mother-in-law, ****** ********. I only recognized the continuous charges after a financial audit. It is irresponsible for the business to keep charging her and knowingly was not providing a service : "healthcare".  It is simple no service = no charge! I need a full refund. Nothing else.

    Sincerely
